Josh, the manager at Bombshells was the rudest, most disrespectful manager I have ever seen. I want to preface my statement, as I have been a customer manager Executive for over 20 years. However, someone who’s never worked a job could clearly see the rudeness Josh displayed. Not only was he disrespectful to me, but another customer AND his young waitresses. Had one of those been my daughter, there would not be a review. All I asked Josh was to please help me understand why some menu prices were appearing more expensive than what they were showing on my receipt. Josh immediately became combative, rude and very condescending. Josh needs to understand that in order for him to have employment, it’s imperative that he provides exceptional customer service, if not first class. I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE during the NFL playoffs. Therefore, I assumed I would receive the same level of service. However, Super Bowl Sunday was not the case. Although, I paid a total of $60 for my meal and drinks, I was STILL forced to leave. I wasn’t even allowed to finish my beer! Josh stated someone else needed my booth, while there were SEVERAL CLEANED AND READY BOOTHS that were empty. Not only myself, but the lady sitting across from me, with food on her plate was asked to leave as well. Josh consistently FORCED the young waitresses to ask us to leave to the point they were scared and uncomfortable. I know this because that was the exact verbiage they used..”scared and uncomfortable”. Josh lacks leadership, empathy and the overall value of a customer. My corporate company has lunch at this establishment all the time. However, I believe once I share my experience, we’ll have lunch elsewhere. My prayer is for the young waitresses to be safe, while under the directive of Josh. An internal investigation should be had immediately, and I would love to speak with the Director, or highest level Executive staff in regards to...
Read moreThis was the worst experience, as well as it was all of our, me and two friends, first time here. So, our waitress (won’t name her, even though I should) was really unhappy looking, somewhat rude, and very impatient. When we asked about liquors, she failed to go find out information for us, rolled her eyes often, and was really not personable in general. So then, we ask a man who looks like he is in charge, wearing a microphone and collared shirt, if we could switch tables to a more outside location...he said...we should go talk to the host for help, instead of consulting with his staff on our behalf. Because, come to find out he was the MANAGER. When we asked for a manager to complain about our service to, it was the same man (skinny, dark hair around neck length, and wearing a baby blue collard shirt) Once we complained about our waitress, after him NOT helping with making us comfortable at all, he went and told our server of our complaints while we were still there as customers...she then came over with a sarcastic attitude asking about how can she do better, which I did try to give constructive criticism, but put us, as their guest, in a very awkward position. They were both very VERY unprofessional. The vibe was too tense in Bombshells tonight. I’m giving one star ⭐️ for the concept atmosphere alone. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all, unless you are really bored and I wish you better luck with service and experience than we had.
And also consider, we still tipped an undeserved 20%, and this is at a time, during this pandemic, when people haven’t been out in awhile, and wanting a pleasurable experience. And, the staff should be more grateful to the people EVEN coming to SUPPORT them,...
Read moreThis is a good restaurant and I enjoyed coming here with my friend. The girls are very beautiful, dressed in mid-riff clothing, cleavage is showing and their buttocks are showing. This is a tiny disclaimer for anyone wanting to bring kids. There is smoking and drinking happening as well, so if that's not your environment then not for you.
We walk in and we were not welcomed with a friendly smile, more of a serious smile and stare down. It was a weird moment, but then we were approached quickly and then seated. That was great. It took them a while to get to our table to give us service, but I also understand it was really busy as this was Easter weekend. Next, you scan the QR code to get your menu. There are very little options for starters, I also wished theg could make the crab boil for 1 person and not have to share with a group or a second person making it affordable.
The girls that came that were assigned to our table were very sweet, kind, helpful and VERY attentive. They came quite often to check on us and we received our food within 15 minutes. The brownie desert was stale and hard, no flavor. We did get a refund so that was good.
There is a beautiful extended patio outside overlooking the freeway so if it is a nice day outside that would be great to be outside and you can smoke freely but not so good if you are not a smoker. They open the whole area to extend inside, meaning that this is an open concept design. Therefore you are inside and you breathe in all the smoke from outside.
The restrooms are clean, adjusted to fit...
