Royal Central Center — Attraction in Dallas

Went to see Bad Boys. Food was cold and took forever. Movie was packed and you couldn't enjoy the movie due all the waiters/waitresses serving during the movie walking in front you. I saw more of them than the movie. I have been at the one in Lewisville and Spring Valley to watch movies that were also sold out and it was never this bad. The gentle that sold us our tickets should be at the back of the house and the front of the house seemed to be bothered by all the traffic. He was very unpleasant, a sure sign that the rest wouldn't be all that pleasant as well. Royal Lane you have to do better. The visit to your establishment was a waste of $53 for a margarita, chicken and shrimp (that were overcooked and still arrived cold) and the cost of the movie. I'm requesting a full refund. I asked to speak to manager and I guess they didn't get the request or simply just didn't care. I advise you to go out and eat before or after the movie. So really no sense and...

When you see the exterior, you would think it’s a boring, plain building. When you walk in, it is plain and boring looking, it’s a clean slate of paint, no fancy stuff on the walls. Very straight forward, here is the theatre and here is your movie. I loved that. Most theatres, it’s full of junk everywhere, you don’t know where to look and walk. When you get to your theatre door, you’ll see your choosen movie, and the awesome thing I liked, is the countdown of when it starts, and when the movie ends. Why I like this? Because my husband and I went to watch one movie and our three children watched another, so I was able to check on the time when their move would end. Inside the theatre, it’s spacious, you can choose either and row with a table or a row with a sliding table for your food. Either seats were comfortable. The screen was big and clear. EXTREMELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE! (STUDIO MOVIE GRILL OR SMG) I PAID AROUND $48 AND CHANGE FOR THE FOOD. THEY "INCLUDED" A 20% TIP ON THE BILL!!! OT WASN'T SUGGESTED OR RECOMMENDED! IT WAS PART OF THE BILL!!! WHAT??? WHY??? I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE THAT!!! WE WERE TWO PEOPLE JUST TRYING TO WATCH A MOVIE. 4PM. SO IT'S NOT LIKE THEY WERE BOMBARDED WITH ORDERS TO CHARGE US WRONG!
