I'm a regular customer I've been shopping at this location for ten years now. I normally do my entire grocery shopping once a month. I've even gotten to know a few cashier's tellers since. But yet, every now and then, like today I've made to feel like I'm going to steal from their store. The floor staff and management are very rude and are not customer friendly. There are two Hispanic store employees in particular one is a young woman with eye glasses and the other is this a tall heavy set young man with a mustache and goatee. The two spent the entire time I was in this grocery store following me and acting like they had to be in every isle I was in just gawking at me and giving me these ugly looks. When it was time for me to finally pay for my things they were a few steps away just looking my way as if I was going to not pay or run off or something. Those two should spend more time making sure their low in stock and empty shelves are fully stocked and filled. Plus their store could use a good cleaning, the staff is always leaving boxes on the floor in the way of one's shopping cart and milk shipping boxes stuffed in the bottom shelves on top of products. Then you have huge flies in the produce section along with random bruised produce on the floor being picked up by staff and then being placed back on the top of the rest and crickets in the bread isle. They need to focus more on their store cleanliness plus upkeep and spend less time harassing their customers and stop making the customer feel unwelcomed in...
Read moreChristian is the worst manager ever!! This is the first time go to this store and will be my last. I requested a refund on my cake and he said I was able to request a refund but In person. NEVER in our conversation did he say I have a certain amount of time to cancel and/or request a refund on the cake. The following day I went to the store which was 26 hours prior to pick up time, he said it was too late bc they had already started on the cake and could not give me a refund. I noticed his demeanor when he told me it was too late for a refund and immediately thought he’s not going to take accountability for what he did and did not say. Because I don’t argue with stupidity, I asked him to throw the cake away, took my receipt and walked out.
Cost Plus, you need to do better with your management team. Christian needs better management skills. It would also be courteous of you to put a WRITTEN notice at the bakery stating customers have a certain amount of time to cancel their cake orders and/or request a refund. Be more considerate of others! That is not fair to customers if you don’t tell them!...

The cake had an image that had to be printed and put on the cake and I asked them to write my baby’s name on the front of it. I wish I hadn’t asked for that because whoever wrote it had the ugliest hand writing it’s ridiculous. The image pasted onto the cake didn’t even take up the entire top and it wasn’t centered. There was also a little red stain on the white icing of the cake. I called and was told I’d have to bring the cake back in person to get them to fix their mistake. This was my baby’s FIRST BIRTHDAY and it was the day of the party! I had guests arriving so I couldn’t just leave the party I was hosting. This disgusting ugly cake was $90.
