Excellent service! They took care of me and were extremely helpful! The big warehouse space, patio, and kitchen area were LOVELY. Great communication. Great service. Everything was very straightforward. My event went smoothly because of everything they did. They went above and beyond during the event as well. Would 10000% encourage anyone interested to book their next event here. The space was able to handle the live music performance I had with great insulation for sound, enough space for a photographer and videographer to do their thing, space for individuals to mingle, a complete updated huge kitchen, great parking, great lighting, & enough A/C power to keep everyone cool. They also had tables, chairs, and many other things I was able to utilize.

My daughter had to record a solo piece to record and we needed to find a space quickly. I just stumbled across this place and was surprised that’s was in the South side of Dallas and pretty economical. Our first reservation was made through a 3rd party , but our second rental was made directly with Sour Creative Studios. Both times the owner was quick in responding and very accommodating. Space is clean and very nice. Restrooms were super clean. My only reason for 4/5 starts was due to tracery. There was not a lock and key or security code to enter the space. I noticed many people were in and out, and that was my only concern. Other than that we will definitely return.
