Went to Home Depot in tool rental paid to use a roto rooter wasn’t given all the tools to make it do the correct job this was on a Monday. Took it back and 1 week later I had to do the same process but went to another Home Depot was given roto rooter a bag of attachments and work gloves to do the job correctly I asked the lady do a bag of attachments rent out with each one she stated yes I got home called Home Depot Garland rd asked for tool manager Hector said he could help I asked him was attachments part of the rental with work gloves he verified yes I told him I wasn’t given neither he pulled rental contract and didn’t see I was given this then ask what you want me to do I told him give me my money back since I had to repeat this same procedure over he transferred me to George I had to start over telling him then he stated what you want me to do I want my $77.00 refunded he said I’m gonna take name and number and call back no response back will be filing BBB if no one calls. This is one heck of a shopping center they have Shoppers World a really low cost store that sells clothes and house wares They sells brands that come from various stores such as h&m Target Justice just different stores unfortunately the are going out of business but the have everything on sale and the center also have a Marshalls they have a Ross there's also and home Depot there was a fallas paradas they no longer have the fallas parades or the Anna's linens but they have food places in the center also nearby it's a lot of stuff that you can do there I mean as far as shopping there's a shoe store there that you can go in and you can literally Park in one spot of the shopping center in walk from store to store so if you need to do a lot of shopping and the shopping consists of going to multiple stores this is a good shopping center for...

I love Fallas and Home Depot. Haven't been to Ross or Marshals.

The staff at Home Depot is very helpful and even give me tips and advice for my projects...and I really appreciate that since the "shop worker" project thing is something new that I'm getting into....I think I can change toilets now.lol

The Taco Bell and McDonald's in this shopping center are some of the best. Best service, food is always fresh, and they hire good staff. I've never heard either of them say "Our machine is broken."
