We just had my son's 10th B-day party here and it was a success! The facility is clean and inviting; many people mentioned how there were a lot of different fun 'stations' for the kids to enjoy. We even rode their new drop tower ride which was so much fun. The party room was phenomenal. It was decorated in a pirate theme with black lights and special paint. My son loved it! The room was spacious and it had many cubbies, ample chairs, it's own sink, and was decorated with 'Happy Birthday' plates and tablecloths. The party ran smoothly and all the staff were amazing. We didn't have to lift a finger! Best of all, our party host was exceptional. His name was Jayden and he went above and beyond for our group. His upbeat, helpful attitude was so impressive that when we left I told both my kids that that is how a good employee acts and when they one day have jobs they should try to be like him. We were all really happy and impressed. Thanks Jumpz and thanks Jayden!!

We had our son's 6th birthday party with his 10 best friends from school. It was my first time being there as a dad. My wife said my son wanted to have his party there. And while it was really cool. Our son loved it! The pizza was excellent. We had the best host ever. I would recommend you ask for Elijah! He literally was so easy going but structured the whole event 2 hours almost and cut the cake for us and handed all the pizza out. He did such a great job planning our son's birthday. But best of all, we did it during the week so we had the whole place to her so that was practically. And we did it in the afternoon. FYI. Definitely if you are going to have your child's birthday, ask for Elijah to be your party host. He did an excellent job really above and beyond.

I went here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon it was a short wait in line like 10 minutes then I was able to register be seen fill out the waiver if you have time complete the waiver before you get there save your self some time. We purchased 90 minute of jump time for 3 year old he was done by the hour he really enjoyed himself the staff here I wish I had names but they did great job making sure children were jumping safely. You can purchase a lock for $2 bucks to keep your car keys and other belongings safe. They have a kitchen on the other side of the trampoline and it smelled amazing but we didn’t try, will try next time. Thank you!

Recently took my daughter, her friends and some family here for fun(group of 17 ages 4-40). The trampoline park is awesome! With regular jumping, obstacle courses, dodgeball court, volleyball court, basketball hoops and more it's fun for all ages. There's also a small kid version of the obstacles in Thrillz on this side as well. We had 3 awesome games of laser tag, although their head sets were all broken and couldn't be used and there were no vests we all had still had a blast. They also have drinks and snacks for $2-$3. We all had a good time.

However I witnessed chaos & safety risk factors. A court marshall was desperately trying to check for bracelets for entry but was often needed on the other side. There were parents congesting the entrance, taking kids shoes off and and linning the benches with their stuff or sitting on them. At this rate it's really more of a free for all. To be honest it is a lot more fun without hearing you can't do this and that and being reminded to follow the rules but it also increases the risk for injuries. I saw kids climbing up the padding and sitting on the top of it in the courts and playing up there. I witnessed kids going in opposite directions on the same obstacle courses not knowing where the entrance or exit was and no one there to tell or show them. A heavy set girl's leg got stuck between the pole and in the net in the obstacle course while her two friends were trying to push her up to get her out with kids running by and no staff in sight. There were about 5 kids piled up on the saucer swing by the basket ball hoops. Kids couldn't play basketball because people were laying and sitting in front of them. No one was there to regulate dodgball or vollyball games. The dodgeball court had lose padding by the entrance and some girls leg went right through it.

I think the problem is they are understaffed or lack in management and are unable to regulate the safety or organization of jumpers with the volume of people they allow onto the trampoline area. There should be court marshalls stationed at a designated areas near all jumping courts to safely marshall jumpers. Only jumpers should be allowed on in the trampoline area, walkways and on benches. There's too many non-jumpers/parents/party goers allowed on the trampoline floor to spectate or "supervise" and make it hard for court marshalls to supervise jumpers themselves. Many of them jump with the kid anyway or cause congestion in the entrances or on benches and walkways. There are little to no rules as they're not inforced, noticed or regulated. It's not hard to pay for 1/2 hr and get in a few hours of jumping unnoticed or not pay anything and just say Im with a party/someone. We saw food, drinks, sippy cups, diaper changing, diaper bags, book bags, shoes, socks, clothing, garbage etc. in the trampoline area or on the benches. I noticed a lot of jumpers resting, sitting and laying on the trampolines, the front part of the basket ball courts, the padding along the edge of the trampoline, on the walkways paths and leaning against the nets as well which is also unsafe. The benches should be for jumpers to safely rest on. Non-jumpers/parents should not be allowed in the trampoline area at all especially to supervise their kid because thats what court marshall are for. Non-jumpers/parents should have to wait completely off the court and watch from the floor or balcony (if with party) as the Marshalls safety supervise jumpers. Every court marshall should have walkies to communicate with each other, supervisers and managers effectively without having to leave their post and they should have whistles to get the attention of jumpers when they're not following safety rules or to warn them. We still enjoyed ourselves and had fun. This establishment has the potential to be great and Id love to experience it at is...

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at this place! I called on a Tuesday evening to see if I could book a birthday party for THE NEXT DAY!! Literally I asked to book a birthday party for ten girls in less than 24-hours. Did I mention the party was also the day before Thanksgiving???

I did not expect to be accommodated, but I figured the worst would be a "sorry, we can't" but imagine if I actually got a "yes?!" Cindy was awesome! She barely hesitated and managed to find a way to book the party! I don't know how, but she magically found a way to pull it off. She was incredibly understanding, accommodating and genuinely nice to me on the phone. It would have been so easy for her to be annoyed with such a last minute request. She was anything but and we shared a good laugh. I was beyond grateful!

I also have to give a huge shout-out to Juliana (sorry if I misspelled her name), at the front desk who checked us in! I did my best to get the waivers and party guest list as complete as possible with my self-imposed time constraints, but fell a little short. She was also so sweet and patient and even complimented me with all that I had managed to do. She is very engaging with the public and a wonderful "face" for the business.

Lastly, but certainly not least, was our amazing party host, Logan! He did an amazing job keeping up with a bunch of active 12 year old girls! He had to go back and forth between Jumpz and Thrillz. He was a champ playing dodge ball and soccer with them - all of them against him! He kept them so busy, they were all starving and ready to come off of the trampolines when it was pizza time! Logan was perfectly respectful and able to engage with both the kids and the parents. I wish I had more cash on me to tip him, but I literally gave him every last dollar in my wallet.

The facility was clean and all of the party guests said they had a great time! It was worth the cost and I could not be happier as a parent and the birthday girl had a day to remember! Thank you...

The place is a lot of fun and the staff are very friendly and accommodating but, beware, they don't honor their marketing material and the only recourse is a review online. if it wasn't for the fact the place is objectively fun and the staff, I'd rate them lower. I've booked here twice for birthday parties and, coming from Virginia, I like this one better than my local one but...

They sent an email saying "Book a Jumpz Birthday Party now, and receive 2 HOURS OF FREE PASSES AND 2 FREE RIDE TICKETS on the day of the party! That’s an extra 2 hours of heart-racing, gravity-defying, action-packed fun—completely on us."

what they actually meant was receive 2 one hour passes for a different day for up to 2 people.

if I book a 30 minute massage and ask for 15 extra minutes, I'm not asking for an appointment on another day. If I'm adding extra time at the car wash, I don't assume they're going to give me a coupon for the extra time in a different session. If I'm having a conversation and ask if the person has an extra couple of minutes, I don't mean tomorrow. End of rant. I'm sure our party will be good but, man was...
