I recently inherited my Grandmother's diamond wedding and engagement rings and I also had some diamonds from a pendant that I wanted fashioned into a new ring. I described to Richard what I had in mind. We talked through a design concept until we had a great idea on paper. The finished product was BEYOND my expectations! What Jewelry Designs made for me is a wearable PIECE OF ART. A center solitaire surrounded on all sides by cascading diamonds, all encompassed in three conjoined circles representing grandmother, mother and daughter! The craftsmanship and design expertise of this ring is EXCEPTIONAL. Not only is it STUNNING but it's so comfortable to wear that I forget it's on my finger...until I catch a flash of sparkle! Richard was so wonderful to work with, he understood the importance this ring had for me, that it was a tribute to my Grandmother and would one day be an heirloom passed on to my daughter. I went in with a necklace (with a kinda long story behind it) that had broken (while my husband and I went away for a few days) and it was sentimental in the passing of both my parents this year. I was so devastated. With the help of Gary and Mike we were able to design the most beautiful necklace (to replace it because it wasn’t real gold/silver but that’s besides the point). They were able to add an amethyst stone to it (my parents birthstone as they both were born in February). I was so pleased with the time they spent with us in designing it and the compassion they showed toward my story and they actually listened and cared. They made me a memory that will make me smile every day. When picking up they made me feel special and took time again for me. Nancy let me tell my story as well and was so caring and happy I shared my story with her and she also listened with compassion. This made me definitely feel special and happy.
