If anything goes wrong during your time at this theatre, talk to Madison. I was here watching Hamilton with my little sister for her birthday when a lady started shouting at me and my sister accusing us of throwing something at her kids. Mind you, both of us are autistic children ( I am 17, my sister had just turned 13) so I went into panic mode and had to tell an employee. Madison helped me out by getting me a small drink, letting me use their phone to get to my mom, and setting up some vouchers to return at a later time. Even since the remodel, this place has been amazing. The new, smaller theaters with the super comfy reclining chairs are great. The men's room in the "main" part of the theater needs some love, but that's probably more a commentary on the customers than the theater. Movie snacks are always expensive, everyone knows this, but at least now they have a bar, and an amazing variety of snacks that almost make it worth shelling out the extra cash. I went to see The Batman today w/tix purchased on Fandango in the beginning of the week but despite being the #1 movie in the country & receiving no notification, the film showing was canceled. I did receive vouchers but it was a disappointment for the family & a complete waste of gas & time. Right now, I have zero consumer confidence w/ AMC between charging more for "premium" movies & this cancelation incompetence. Way to go on getting people back in the...
