Came here today for a late lunch, and the service wasn’t the best. I was made aware of 2 coupons I had on my Panera card, but only towards the ham products (which I don’t eat ham), and then also $2 off an online order. While I was ordering I asked the manager if it was possible to over ride this, because I don’t order online, and I was in line placing my lunch order. She said no, and had a poor attitude because I asked. When I received my Figi Apple Salad, it had ice berg lettuce, not the mixed greens as described in the menu. I brought it back to them, and told them it wasn’t mixed greens, and the employees response was “that’s day shift.” I’m not sure if the different shifts in here don’t know the menu at a place they work? When it came to ask for extra dressing, they gave me a tiny little cup, and I had to ask for 2 more, because that tiny little cup barely coated the salad. The facility itself was filthy, our table had what looked like powder on the table. Pretty poor management here! Put a smile on, & if you hate your job, go apply else where instead of ruining experiences for customers who enjoy the Dartmouth...
Read moreUnfortunately, this has become the norm in this country. Im not sure if Im more upset at the franchises inability to process orders, staff accordingly or the amount of people tolerating this level of disorganization.
This is my first experience ordering from a Panera, and while it was overwhelmingly dissapointing its unsurprising. Upon customers requesting their money back after waiting for over an hour, management could be heard whining about having had "30 orders on the screen" as if its the customers fault that Panera can not run a competent or organized kitchen.
Customer service in the food sector in the US has been nose diving dramatically. Too many servers projecting and guilt tripping patrons especially within franchises which are an outright cancer in the food industry.
Whats worse is that the food at establishments such as Panera are not housemade, it all comes prepackaged in boxes, bags and processed to death so the fact that even within these parameters they can not get a hold of timely service is even more embarrassing. Profits over people is the gold standard here.
Panera is merely Mcds...
Read moreThis Panera has gotten worse and worse since 2020-2021, I can honestly say that the service and quality has declined. The past 6 times I've gone here they have messed up my meal and orders take forever. Today I ordered online for my friend, his mother and I and not only did I not get all of my food but what I did get was made wrong AND I tried calling to inform them of the issue more than 4 times to which the phone tree restarted each time, meaning they wouldn't pick up the phone. I ordered two pick 2's and an autumn soup, what I got when I got home was two sandwiches with swapped specifics (I have allergies so I couldn't have the sandwich I ordered) and I was missing my soup for my pick 2. So of the $40 I spent today, I didn't even get all I paid for. I shouldn't have to check all my food before leaving but that's exactly what you'll have to do if you go to this...
