I’m honestly very disappointed in this Taco Bell location. They used to be better than the Fall River location and now it’s the total opposite. They seem like they are going down hill. I don’t come here very often because I usually go to the Fall River one because it’s more convenient for me. But, when I have come to this location they have always gotten my order wrong. The first initial time I went my boyfriend and I got some Doritos locos tacos and some other food items and the tacos were smashed, I never really saw a problem with it and just ate it as is because I’m not much of a complainer when it comes to fast food restaurants. This past time my boyfriend, our friend, and I had gotten food because we were in the area. Our friend had ordered at the speaker and we had ordered online. Our friend’s food was completely fine and we were waiting for our online order to be done. Then we get to the drive thru window and the employees were yelling at each other over our online order and the person at the window told us to move forward because our online order wasn’t ready yet which was totally fine. While we were waiting in the parking lot on the side of the building we overheard an employee scream “what the f@$&!”. Our mistake was we didn’t park in the right place for receiving our online order. So my boyfriend goes up to the pick up window in the front of the store and apparently they had given away our order to someone else and they had to remake it. The remake was super quick but come to find out when we looked in the bag the bag was a mess. There was nacho cheese at the bottom of the bag from the nacho fries and the fries were at the bottom of the bag some still in the containers some not. Some of the shredded chicken roll ups we got were smashed or barely had anything in them. There was a loaded nacho taco that we had that was smashed in the wrapper and the wrapper was soaked to the point the end of the taco being visible outside the wrapper. I own a custom shop up the street, it was late I didn't feel like cooking this late, figured I'd grab something on my way home. Ordered three soft tacos meat and cheese only set it twice. Ordered one more Doritos locos the same way. I saw everything on the screen and replied none of those have any lettuce on them right?. All of a sudden no lettuce popped under the DLT. And they said is everything look right on the screen and I said as long as none of them have lettuce then yes. Pull up to the window a young lady came to the window I verified none of these have lettuce on them right. She turned around asked somebody didn't reply anything to me when she turned back around and handed me my drink I said I was just checking because it didn't say anything on the screen back there. I get on the highway just to find out that they messed up my order per usual. I pulled back into the drive-thru after driving all the way back there explain to the woman that I was just here and order the plain ones and all of a sudden allegedly a manager hops on and says that I only ordered the DLT plane and I said nope I verified it four times. I pull up to the window there's another lady there, they hand me my remade tacos I asked if they can top off my beverage cause I just drove all the way back there. She says no I can't I said Go get your manager. She comes back a minute later says she can just give me a new one I said that's fine. But she hands it to me I say listen I'm not trying to give you a hard time but I verified four times and I asked the girl behind you she turned around ask somebody came back and said that my order was right I got all the way to the highway to find out it wasn't. And then I get an attitude from the girl to the window. Needless to say I'll be back to get the general manager's number. Read moreI don’t usually leave bad reviews unless I feel it’s necessary, because I know that the fast food industry is stressful. Though when I went into this Taco Bell (the one next to the Dartmouth mall) my family and I ordered on the touch screen that you see when you first walk in. We all ordered different burritos and 3 regular sized Baja blasts sodas. NOT the freeze. I made sure to avoid the freeze option because we wanted the soda. It was mostly empty in the store, but there was a lunch rush in the drive thru so when out food was taking FOREVER, I tried to push it off due to the rush. There was another customer who had been there for a while and he was getting impatient because his food was not ready after a long while. He went to complain and they brought out his food immediately, as if they had just forgot about him. When I went to get my food, the drinks were missing. I explained that I wanted 3 regular sized Baja blasts for me and my sisters and instead they brought out 3 freezes even though I clearly expressed that I did not want the freeze. Then, when I bit into my spicy cheesy chicken burrito, I found that they gave me the spicy cheesy steak burrito instead! I did not complain at the time because we had already payed for the food and I have no issue with steak, although I would’ve preferred the chicken. I tried to chalk it up to a rush or under staffing, but neither was the issue! We even ordered online from within the store so that they wouldn’t get held up with us taking forever to decide!
