Macy's — Attraction in Dartmouth

Went there for the second time,from out of state, to purchase my favorite cologne since the 1st time i went, from out of state, the purchase was greater than my Macys charge card, after they had reduced my limit, after making multiple purchases, check my macys history, at another store. So when they sent me discount coupons, that they would not honor, false or at best, deceptive advertising, to make the same purchase, i walked out without their product for a second time in 2 months from out of state. It is no wonder they are closing 400 stores nationally, on that sinking ship, without even an empathetic gesture. And the clerk next to her chose to ignore me rattling on to 2 other customer in a language that i understand but assumed i would wait forever. They can have fun at the unemployment line when sad...

Avoid at all costs, this Macy's has some of the worst service I've ever seen in my life. Salesperson in men's department couldn't give the time of day for basic questions, didn't seem to care about anything besides being rude and insensitive. Don't shop here, try anywhere else to get a decent shopping experience especially if service comes with an attitude. Telling someone 'Either you're going to buy it or not!" who is trying to buy clothes to attend my wedding is a great way to ruin a shopping experience. I'll be calling corporate, can't believe they treated members of my wedding party this poorly. Disgusted by Denise and James, "manager" loosely call him that. I was trying to make a return and in the middle of trying to explain my return Denise interrupted me, cutting me off, reminding me that regular check outs don'ttake returns and she was doing me a favor, she refused my return and after I asked many times to call a manager she did but didn't fully give him the information. After begging to speak to a manager in person, James came over- he was rude very standoffish and a jerk. In the middle of speaking to him, he picked up the phone and began to make a call in the middle of our conversation.
