Heritage Natural Foods — Attraction in Davenport

Bad experience. I had used this shop before and the people were extremely knowledgeable, but I think that is now in the past.

Upon entering the store, it was dimly lit and had a slight odor. I went to the counter and stated to the woman that I needed help with supplements. She did not say one word to me and continued to drink her water.

She then begrudgingly asked me what I was looking for. I told her specifically what I was in need of. She instead gives me a sheet of paper to read, a very lengthy double sided small print paper. My thought was, "I don't have time to read this, plus, I told her specifically what I needed and it wasn't "education". I wanted product knowledge, which I soon discovered that she had none. If she would have been up front instead of saying, "this worked for my family member and then tried to diagnose me with hearsay from an unknown source, I may have been mire receptive to what she was saying.

I then tried to explain that I had actual lab results and I knew what my standing was, she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and my labs meant nothing and went back to her unknown source as an authority on the subject. I was flabbergasted! I went in just wanting a quality product for what I was addressing and I got everything but that. I eventually just told her that "she didn't know" and I left.

I will never go back, and unless I am working with an actual trained homeopathic professional, I will not return to this store. The internet is more helpful.

Called the Davenport store three times. Third call answered, asked if they had a product in stock. Was put on hold,15 minutes went by. Never came back...
