very clean & organized set-up, staff was very polite & Personable We had an issue with a prior septum piercing, one ball fell off, NOT their fault, we take FULL ownership of that we walked in close to close & the owner took us back as soon as he'd finished with an urgent/emergent phone call even tho we'd no appointment & were hoping we could get in.... Our Youngest.... 17... Wanted Several other piercings that we were not kean on nor had said yes or no to at that time. The owner went over each desired Piercing's in-depth details & checked for anatomical capabilities of each desired Piercing, answered all questions/concerns, & then denied/dechned to do so... Anatomically they would work fine, but there were a myriad of reasons as to why he'd not do them until our youngest was at least 18 and even then there was no gaurentee that he'd be willing to do so at that time...this wasn't because he doesn't do them, but because of our youngents specific situation & regards to their desired effect & outcome Post healing. We're almost 4 hours away in a different state.... & he's the ONLY one we're comfortable with in regards to my prior Piercings....the Septem he's done also for My wife/their Mum & for the one's she & I are still planning to get....if you've gone anywhere else prior .... Don't go back before you go in here & Check things out & talk to him first.... You'll be elated that you did....if it we're not the Case I'd be doing a VERY different review lol....

TLDR: Go nowhere else, go here before going back to anywhere else... The owner is also the piercer .... We're 4hours away in a different state....have & had prior work done & after finding him the 3 of us (me-wife-youngest) will only go here to him exclusively.... you won't regret it & also will want to go to him/here exclusively in your near & distant future....

I wish I could remember who pierced my bellybutton, but they did great. They originally Informed me, my bellybutton was not the perfect condition to be pierced because they explained to me the piercing would be sitting on the part of my bellybutton that sticks out at an angle. He was very informative about all the risks of possible scaring if it rejected / things I should consider, Which I really appreciate instead of someone just piercing me just to get the money. I decided to go with it anyway because i found out i needed a surgery in the future, i knew going to have a big scar on my belly area, so i wasn’t worried about a little scar on my button. he did such great job! I have taken a few weeks to gather my thoughts, and I can confidently say I would never come back to this piercing studio. I originally got my navel pierced to distract from my stomach after having several children the owner assured me he knew what he was doing, and even explained that the other piercer was not experienced enough or knowledgeable enough to do this piercing, so I felt confident in his ability, my piercing is crooked and constantly irritated. I went and got another opinion after stopping back at zeitgeist and no one was there. When I opened it and I stood and waited but no one came to greet me. The other body piercing shop, advised me that my anatomy wasn’t suited for a navel piercing.
