Pho Fusion & Bar Vietnamese and Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Davenport

They were busy, but they had their ducks in a row for being a newer restaurant!

Our server was on her game. She checked on my husband and I regularly, drinks stayed full, food was all streaming hot. She even apologized for the wait, which wasn't even bad! It was Friday night, full house, and we only waited like 25~ minutes for our entree, while having enjoyed a couple drinks and an appetizer of fried tofu ... like that's fantastic lol. We've waited longer for one large take out pizza..

Anywho. My husband and I both got PHO and were happily impressed. We've had pho in many states, many towns.. we're very picky. And this has earned a passing score! The meat is very thinly sliced and therefore tender. Broth is favorable but was more enhanced with the add-in sauces. Veggies were crisp, basil was fresh. I think I need to revisit my usual spot now, to compare, because this is way closer to home..

I LOVED the Simply Pear martini, so tasty! It was beautiful on my tongue. The Lychee-tini was too sweet in my opinion but for people that like seltzers and sweet wines, they'll love it! We can't...

I am so thrilled to have a FANCY pho place like this in town! I walked in, not expecting to see such an elegant setting! Full bar service and saw lots of good stuff on the menu! We had the lettuce wraps (which they SO did not disappoint), but came in from the cold weather specifically for pho. Broth was flavorful and it was a nice touch to have the beef balls sliced so they were easier to eat (instead of biting a chunk and having the rest splash back into the bowl). I’m not usually a fan of egg roll (traditionally, every family has their own take on egg roll and I’ve always just been biased and like my family’s lol 😁), but egg roll came with our meal and dang! I was impressed there, too! Ate that all up!

I also really did enjoy the service. We just came in for lunch (great lunch menu btw) and out waiter was very attentive, we never had to search for him to refill out drinks, plus we had two other waiters/managers check in on us! Tully a great staff. I appreciate the excellent service AND delicious meal! I seriously cannot wait to go back and try other things...

Pho Fusion & Bar blew me away from the second I walked in. The atmosphere with it's dark greens, browns, and grey's accented with light bamboo felt casual yet adventurous. The service was very attentive and friendly. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful when we were tasked with deciding between Pho Fusion & Bar's many enticing food options. Even with the great atmosphere and amazing service the reason to visit Pho Fusion & Bar is for the food! The food was beyond words. Even saying the food was a delicious journey that intrigued the senses, melted cultures and worlds together, and make you feel like you transcend time and space with each bite would be doing Pho Fusions & Bar a disservice. All of the three dishes we tried were cooked to perfection. The portions were large and priced reasonably. Every plate seemed like a work of art incorporateing all the senses in a swirling dance that you just didn't want to end.
