I am a DoorDash driver who was just treated very shamefully at this location. I took an order from DoorDash but it was an order that was requested by the merchant. Meaning Walgreens contacted DoorDash and requested that we do a delivery for them. When I got there I was lectured by an employee about a barcode and how they were going to report deliveries like this because they do all the work and the drivers get all the pay. I had no idea about a barcode. Iām just a driver I go where my company asked me to go and I do the job Iām asked to do. If they are disgruntled with the way things are run they need to contact their higher-ups. Because Walgreens is the one that has a contract for DoorDash to do these deliveries. This particular delivery was requested by Walgreens themselves . Iām hoping the store manager reads this and sees how their employees acted. A manager also came out and took pictures of my car. This is completely ridiculous. Iām a driver I do my job. Iām not the one that makes the rules. Your company asked my company to do a delivery and thatās what we did. And I was treated shamefully because of it. So to any other DoorDash drivers out there do not take any deliveries going to the store. And make sure you mark that you donāt want to go to the store because the way they treat drivers. Also Store Manager in case youāre reading this youāve been reported to your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately I can't give zero stars. I have never been served so rudely in a Walgreens!!! I was in the store on August 31, 2024 in the morning and wanted to buy cigarettes, the young man at the cash register told me that I needed an American ID card or my German passport. I explained to him that I was a German citizen and could therefore only present a German driver's license. He then phoned the store manager and she explained that he could only sell me cigarettes with my German passport. But I had this in my hotel room. After a long discussion, the store manager came in and explained to me that I had to get my passport from the hotel, only then could she sell me cigarettes, as the computer system does not accept German driving licenses. I then drove to two other Walgreens stores, where I was able to buy cigarettes with my German driver's license without any problems. When I asked, I was told that I just had to enter my date of birth into the system. I will never enter...

Sensitivity training is in order. Rather than embarrassing a patient perhaps tone down your interrogation, perhaps do it privately...and don't harp on it when I balk at providing the voluminous (& absurd) information requested {the physician is local~a phone call to that practice would have sufficed and been much faster than multiple calls out of state} and yet again at check out.
Given a choice? I'd not go back. Fortunate that a sensible pharmacist chose to intervene and assist. I'll deal with her, not a clerk from this point forward. Or do without. This experience was...
