The place may not be much to look at when you first drive up. The adjacent park right on the property had two or three questionable characters. When you pull up to sign up, you don’t see the course. The packages offered are Course 1 & Course 2 obstacle course and zip lining. The obstacle courses offer varying degrees of challenges for those fearful of heights to those who want their adrenaline pumping. A training session is given before embarking on the course that really helps. Pros: - Not far from Daytona Motor Speedway - Staff was very friendly and willing to help. They make the visit worth it Cons: - For those walking and taking pictures the most of ground is full of water so be careful where you step - People hanging around the park, lock your valuables away and be aware of your surroundings - Though you get training and the staff is nice, you are responsible for your own safety. Per hour they take about groups of 8 so for 1 staff you have to make sure you are paying attention to safety cues. - No proper signage when you first pull up to the site - Course is not properly designed and you wouldn’t know where anything is.

Make sure to book this activity ONLINE before arrival. This part wasn't advertised very well so myself and a few others that show up were turned away and given a brochure. If you have younger children that meet the height requirements, please make sure their level of maturity also matches the requirements. They need to be able to follow instructions well and get through the process of hooking up independently and being in charge of their own safety for all obstacles and zips. They give you 1 walk along guide for a very large group. Our guide was very nice and thorough, but she had so many people that we ended up not seeing her through the whole course. The price for the activity was good and my child had a wonderful time. I had to have a refund for my other child that couldn't get to the first obstacle and the owner gave me no problems to do this. We will return next visit! I do hope they have more safety guides available then!

We had an amazing time! Our guide, Matt, was phenomenal. I loved the obstacle course, though there is a section near the end with an easy or a hard path. Both my husband and I chose the hard path. While I recommend the hard path if you like to challenge yourself, my husband wished he had chosen the easy path. 😝 On the second to last zipline, I stopped too short of the end and had no strength left in my arms to shimmy my way to the end. Matt remained amazing through it all, and never stopped trying to encourage me and ensure me that I was near the end until he needed to get the ladder. He also remained just as encouraging after helping me to the end and down the ladder to the ground, reassuring me that I did well through the event. It's seriously loads of fun and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Though, it tires you out FAST if you're not already super fit to begin with. You gotta try it at least once, though.

I expected to write a shining review because it's a nice location with the beach breeze and covered in trees, but it was a huge let down. The course was short compared to others I've been to, but the real problem is the killjoy staff. A teenager in front of me followed all of the rules and put no one in danger, but during one of the zips didn't land on the next platform perfectly, she bounced off of the safety padding with her feet (it's a common thing, it's why the padding is there). She did as we had all been instructed at the instructional beginning and pulled herself to the platform. The attendant told her that she was not allowed to continue and there would be no refund. I heard someone else complaining about the same issue because they had hopped off to go to the bathroom and were likewise denied a refund or to finish the course. We were all wondering if they were trying to go home early as we were one of the later groups. The instructor (who was the lone fabulous employee) told us three strikes and you're out. Apparently if the staff is tired you're out too. Out of luck to get your money's worth. Also worth noting is that my equipment was damaged. The gloves were torn so I couldn't break all the way with my hands. When I showed the management I was told, "you were breaking wrong, you did this." I had not torn the gloves, and instead of saying, "thanks we will throw these away" the staff put them in the pile for the next person. Should've been a great...

I wish I could leave 0 stars. We had by far one of the worst experiences. I took my daughter and her friend here for my daughters 15th birthday. I bought the complete package for all 3 of us. On the second set of the course my daughter went to exit the course down an evacuation ladder and the safety cable broke two steps down from the top sending my daughter straight to the ground injuring her right leg. She could walk away because her ankle was so sore. The company only offered free passes to return but I stated I wanted them to cover any medical bills and was told the insurance company would be in touch. Her birthday was the end of June and it is now September and I still haven’t been able to get in touch with the insurance company to get her leg taken care of. She had X-rays and an mri showing the fall caused injuries to her knee that may require surgery if physical therapy doesn’t help and that her ankle was sprain. She can’t even start physical therapy because I can’t afford to pay out of pocket for something they agreed to take care of. Her entire summer was ruined from being in a knee stabilizer from the damage to her knee. She got her permit but can’t even drive because it was her right leg that got injured. Absolutely horrible experience and I wouldn’t...

I called this business to clarify it's hours of operation. We spoke to an employee and told them we would be arriving at 215. They said as long as we arrived at 215 we could go out in the 230 group. I asked a second time. We were driving over an hour and wanted to ensure the timing worked. The employee confirmed a second time a 215 arrival time was okay. I even asked if it was possible to both courses arriving at that time. I confirmed age and height requirements. I was thorough in making sure.

We then arrived at the business at 210. Earlier by just a few minutes. When we walked up to the building the employee said "I told you on the phone you had to arrive by 145. Our last group left at 2pm" my husband said she was on speaker phone and asked three times and specifically said we would be arriving at 215. Employee said I said 145. My response was why lie. Why not just say, hey we decided to close early. Or why not call us back and say they were closing early.

We will not be returning. We take out kids to these course in numerous states and were looking forward to the course. I hope management or ownership sees this review. I hope the review their employees and policies so future families don't have similar...
