My new favorite sushi spot. Ive had better quality sushi, but not at this price and its all you can eat. Their selection is phenomenal and theres something for everyone, even if you dont like sushi. I took 2 stars off for the service, the policy about eating everything you order, and their ordering limitations. Waitresses can be a little rude, but I think its more of a language barrier than anything else. They tell you to only order one entree per person at a time, but Im an adult. I know what I like and how much I can eat. The waitresses explain the rules like they are the law, but the menu explains it differently. We waste far too much food in the U.S., but there are more friendly ways to explain you shouldnt order things you might not like or become too full to finish. If the waitresses were a little bit more pleasant and didnt talk down to you like youre a child, I would have given Sushi King a better review. We were there for over an hour enjoying our meals and my iced tea was never refilled. It made me wonder if that was negligence or another unfriendly policy. After all is said and done, the food is very good and the price is unmatched. Its enough to make me come back often even though I have things, major things, I dislike about how the restaurant is ran. My hope is that things will improve, but in this business that better happen quickly. Ive seen far too many great restaurants close because they had no idea how to treat paying customer. We are their guests and should be treated as such.

Updated: 1/3 We Walked in (fam of 5) with the hard smell of chemical cleaner lingering in the air. Which I get it… you have to clean… both hosts sitting in chairs at the front. The waiter was nice but the experience all and all was rough this time around. The fish on the sushi (nigiri) seemed less fresh and a bit slimy… the lemonade and soft drinks are watered down and tasting funny. Overall just a not pleasant food experience ( which in my last review was the saving grace on a star). First review: For an all you can eat sushi spot it delivers on portions and fair quality of food hands down. The reason for the mid range is because of the service unfortunately. I was with my daughters and checked in before another larger family. The other family of 5 was seated 5 minutes before we were even though they checked in after us. Past that our waitress was confused on a couple orders and that ended up having our table and another tables orders mixed up for a couple dishes. Time in between orders was also pretty slow so that said I am glad I placed a larger order at the beginning (knowing what my limits are on qty of sushi). They also didn’t have any kid friendly chopsticks… so I crafted my own for the kiddos.

A real rare gem! My friend and his girlfriend come here all the time so my boyfriend and I decided to finally try! Was not disappointed. We love sushi so obviously we’ve had the best of the best. I will say though this is not the absolute best BUT it’s not terrible quality AT ALL! Publix sushi is literal trash if that gives you any bearing. Everything was fresh. Perfect amount of rice. My salmon sashimi was melting in my mouth. House salad, seaweed salad, 7 rolls and 8 pieces of sashimi, for $38?! Sold! $15.99 for lunch. I think they may have a larger menu for dinner? Not sure but our server Mary was so sweet. Really fast and efficient service. She explained that if you have leftovers, they’ll charge you but you can take it home! Only $4 extra for our rolls and sashimi. Will definitely come back. The sushi chefs are all very nice too. It was a quiet dark ambience which we love for a sushi restaurant. Anyone who gives this place a bad review either had bad luck or they’re used to their boujie $400 sushi restaurant that claims everything is fresh daily and never frozen. Don’t listen to them! Give this a try. AYCE sushi is a dream.

When you’re in Daytona, Port Orange, or that area and your hungry this is the place to go. Service is fast and you can get a lot to eat for about $23 even cheaper at lunch. It’s all you agree with all different types of crab and seafood. You won’t be disappointed the quality is pretty good for the price. The place is large and Accommodate a lot of people. The server was nice, friendly and efficient so give this place a try especially if you’re hungry
