Prices are good, which is the ONLY reason I will give this place 2 stars... Just remember the old saying-- "You get what you pay for!"

My experience: Bought a queen mattress here for my grandmother... She refused to sleep on this mattress! She said "it caused her pain," and would literally sleep on the couch instead! I didn't think it could be THAT bad and thought she was just overreacting/upset we got rid of her old bed-- UNTIL I tried to sleep on it FOR MYSELF! It was THE WORST few nights of sleep I have EVER had on a bed in my entire life! And I have bought & slept on MANY beds! My partner and I would wake up in the most EXCRUCIATING pain from this bed! No one in their right mind would sleep on it... We ended up just throwing it away!

So just beware. Their beds don't seem that bad when you sit on them in store-- but just wait until you get it home and actually sleep on it! 🥴 That's when the regret will set in! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone-- I would even go as far as telling them to STEER CLEAR! You can get just as cheap of beds at another store (that won't last you more than a few years, either) but that you will actually be able to get a decent night's sleep on! This bed caused us to wake up with aches and pains that we've never had before, and haven't had since tossing it out... We would wake up feeling at least 20yrs older than we actually are... Not kidding!

IF you do not have the money to shell out for a genuinely great bed (which would be MY suggestion-- PAY FOR THE GOOD ONE! You literally spend 1/3 of your life in bed... Your body & wallet will thank you in the LONG run!)-- then just go...

It's a complete scam. 7 months later and having tried 3 different beds, the company still WILL NOT refund my money.

They will pretend to be helpful and continue offering exchanges for more defective mattresses until customers give up from frustration. The mattresses are extremely cheap quality and have problems immediately after purchase.

My first mattress was defective and assuming it was an isolated problem, I exchanged it for an identical mattress which was immediately faulty also. Several months of heeding their advice of "rotating the bed," I made the terrible choice upgrading to a completely different model and paying the difference. Less than 3 days into the 3rd bed, it was already causing severe back pain. Save yourself the trouble and back pain. Avoid this mattress chain...

I bought a temperpedic mattress from this place. Worst mistake I ever made buying it. The salesman told me I had 90 days for an exchange, if that's what I was going to choose to do. When I went back 30 days later (11¹because He told me that I needed to give it a few weeks to break it in). When I went in 30 days later, I asked him if he could try and find me the other 1 I was going to buy. The mattress I bought started giving horrible back pain. He told me he would try and locate the mattress I was looking for or something else in the same price range or even a couple of hundred more I could pay. I never received a call back.
