Very poor customer service, I bought iStar box from them, when I bought it they claimed that it would work over Wi-Fi. (ZAAP) box was working in the same spot, I was not able to operate the Box without wired connection, even with that the signal was very bad. I called them the next day, and they said I have to bring it back to the store, it turned out that the router was only 4 feet from the box in the store. When I asked full refund they charge me 15% stocking fee, although the problem was the misinformation they gave me. The guy at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. This is a scam company, BEWARE! They steal money from their vendors and if they steal from vendors, they may be doing the same with customers! If you're looking for a company to sell you and install no brand name and cheap Chinese made security cameras, and then are unable and unwilling to service them when they break down a few months afterwards, and shamelessly lie that they'll come out and honor their 1-year warranty, this is your place.
