Unprofessional. If I’m going to order a dress then I expect to be measured. The owner claims she can look at your body and know your exact size by eyeballing. Regardless, I trusted her. What threw me off was the policy behind the register states 50% deposit required. She wanted full payment. I should’ve argued with her about it but I let it go. I wanted to pay using card and she said no card, only cash. I told her I don’t have cash. My sister Zelle’s her the money and she kept saying “we want cash”. After everything I wish I went with my gut and not ordered. Next day she calls my sister and said the money didn’t go through Zelle. She said she would not order the dress until she received payment. Omg Shopping for dresses Recently and I came across this website and was shocked to find she is still in business. The owner Diana makes promises about dresses that never come on time. She wants payment in full when placing order but doesn't want credit card, only zelle or cash. Then the dress doesn't come in, you can't call her, you keep going into store just to get empty promises about delivery. We went in 6 months before my son's wedding and after 4 months of lies she told us our dresses were not coming and we had to order new second choices which we really didn't want because she wouldn't give us refund. It literally came down to day before event and we didn't know if we would have dresses. It caused so much stress.
