I recently had the pleasure of dining at Al Baik Grill, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This Mediterranean restaurant truly exceeded all my expectations with its delicious and freshest food that left me craving for more!!

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere that Al Baik Grill exudes. The owners, who are the heart and soul of this establishment, were incredibly nice and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that I received exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. Al Baik Grill offers a wide range of Mediterranean delights that will tantalize your taste buds. Each dish is crafted with utmost care, using the FRESHEST ingredients that elevate the flavors to a whole new level. The menu boasts a variety of options, from succulent grilled meats to flavorful vegetarian dishes. The chicken is to DIE for and the meat melts in your mouth like butter!

One of the standout dishes for me was the grilled chicken breasts and the meat kabobs. The chicken was perfectly marinated, tender, and juicy, with a delicious charred flavor that made it simply irresistible. The accompanying sides, such as the tabouli salad and baba ganoosh complemented the main dish beautifully, adding a burst of freshness to every bite.

Where do I even begin...ok, so we come from Chicago to visit family here in Detroit and my boyfriend always loves to get Chicken Subs from middle eastern restaurants. I like them ok but not a huge fan like him.....UNTIL AL Baik and taking a bite of his. Now, I can't even describe with words what it did to my taste buds, but I think my eyes rolling to the back of my head said it all. At that moment, I forgot all about my shawarma (which was so good as well) and I could not get enough of that perfect taste of the hot chicken paired perfectly with the pickles, mayo and other ingredients with the perfectly crispy sesame bread. Out of all the places we've had good chicken subs, by FAR, not one of them can hold a flame to this place.

Aside from their hands down BEST chicken sub, their hummus with chicken and this other dish with chicken and rice and this very tasty sauce covering it was delicious as well!

The owners and family working are so nice and welcoming to their customers. You WILL not be disappointed and will surely make this a regular go to if you are anywhere in the area! Or not, it's worth...

I can’t talk enough about the food, the hospitality, the vibes, and also THE FOOD AGAIN!!

We ordered the 3 person platter or whatever it is called but when the food started flooding we were not ready for what we were in for!

The portion size is really huge, we had enough leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch so all is good.

Falafel tasted EXACTLY like the Falafel you would eat in the middle east!

Fattoush, hummus, rice. 16/10

Shawarma, even better. We had both meat and chicken. They also serve garlic dip and tahini dip and they were just.. WOW.

And for the best part, the mix grills. Oh my lord! I have never had so much before in my life! The platter comes with all kinds of grills and let me tell you when I say everything was PERFECT.. I mean it .. with all my heart and stomach..

Thank you so much for everything Mr. Duraid, Mr. Abu Ali (hope I didn’t spell it wrong) and the other amazing cooks. You all brought joy to our hearts❤️. I will not compare your food to Mansaf tho lol, but definitely your food...
