I had a brand new refurbished ipad that I couldn't get set up myself for the life of me. I come from the corporate world, and many of those years were spent in the hospitality industry at the international level. When I say this kid has customer care skills, I'm talking about the kind you don't find outside of the Ritz Carlton. He provides personalized service. He is respectful and attentive, as well as patient. We live in a world where you can't hardly pick up the phone and talk to a real person in the tech world anymore. Walking in to the TECH Lounge was a delightful breath of fresh air and instantly reminded me of how our grandfathers did business back in the day, neighbor to neighbor. I took my Apple MacBook to 2 different computer businesses in Decatur, called a third one, and none were able to repair my device.
