Nah nie Wingstop on Beltline in Decatur. Iām so over this establishment doing absolutely whatever they want to. Iām not even going to say how much I spent just know I got played out of my money as usual by this place a business & they know I spend goodt money when I come there. Next time yāall want to serve all drums just call me & tell me so I can cancel my order. When it says a mixture thatās what a customer should receive. Not a full order of big ahh drumsticks!!! On top of that they wasnāt even cooked all the way. Ole big half cooked wing serving establishment. I placed an online order like always so yāall have my information. The GM must not have been in there that evening & if he was then thatās even more terrible because yāall know better than this. Yāall know people expect a mix of flats & drums. We shouldnāt have to pay $1 extra when the order should be evenly distributed from jump. And I have photos to prove because I know the women in there keep the most disrespectful tones ever but thatās to be expected in this area. Tighten up & do better. Straighten up & fly right!!!
Ps the only reason why Iām doing this review is because I had just came from the ER after getting into a car accident earlier that day. Iām already considered in a disabled state due to being port op from back to back spinal surgeries so I can barely ambulate properly on top of the pain I experience on a daily. Having something that you pay for not turn out the way you want & you steady give a restaurant a chance is not a good view in my eyes. A simple phone call or a heads up on my online placed order wouldāve solved all of this. But nah yāall...

What bothers me the most isnāt just the issue that led to the complaint, but the complete lack of follow-up or acknowledgment. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and communication. Ignoring feedback shows a clear lack of respect and accountability.

The first time the order that was delivered all we received was chicken sandwich combo meal and nothing else. The second time when they delivered the order not only was one of the 20 piece orders MISSING 8 wings leaving only 4 of each flavor but then one of the voodoo fries had no sauce or seasoning on it like it was supposed to (IT DID HAVE A FRIED ROACH THOUGH) and they still left out the regular fry.
