Went to a showing last night. And at the concessions I ordered a large drink and was told they are all sold out. So, of course I ordered a medium since it is closest to the large. I asked for a refill later and was told only the large is refillable. Yes, I know that. But the large was sold out. Since the stock is out, shouldn't the mediums be refillable? After all it is the largest cup compared to kiddie and small. And ridiculously over priced. Also, the discount passes are a joke too. Still spent nearly 40 dollars on on the popcorn package, which is why I tried to get an additional drink (large) because I know that the other sizes aren't refillable. Please, make it fair when your stock is out. If fast food give free refills with any size drinks at at much lower price of a drink ($2.50 for a large compared to the $7.25 you charge for your large) I'm sure you can afford to make your mediums refillable until the next order of larges come in. But now I know I'll never return as a customer since streaming is way cheaper. I just kinda missed the theater experience and thanks to last night I remembered why I stopped going out to the movies.
Also, the sound system in auditorium 12 was way too distracting with that humming sound I'm sure you guys are aware of but obviously don't care about. But in all fairness you should offer a discount for auditoriums that have some kind of defects because I remember how terrible the sound was when I watched Deadpool and Wolverine, as a matter of fact in that same exact auditorium. Only reason the 2nd star is there is because of the stadium style seats but that's about the one and only thing good about your theaters. Service went way down since Tango left.
But as I said. I will no longer be patronizing your theaters. So, no need to offer me any "freebies" or even a refund. I just wanted to let you know and future patrons, my personal experience was not what it should've been. Not saying people shouldn't go to your theaters though. To each their own I guess. But...

We went to watch Avengers:Endgame and the room we were in was warm and it got hotter when audiences came in. We made several complaints to the staff but nothing changed. We didn't finish the movie through and asked for compensation. Staff only mentioned they were going to move us to another room, but the movie already started in the other room.
Made an emailed complaint concerning the experience and they emailed back offering a cashback and vouchers. My son went to meet the marketing manager a few days later to pick them up but was rudely talked to. The marketing manager was condescending and questioned the validity of our complaint. In our email we mentioned that we were customers for several years and this was the first time we complained. She then questioned whether we were actually avid customers by making snarky remarks to our son. We didn't take the vouchers after that very unpleasant experience and it was easy for us to stop supporting the theatre with such unprofessional...
Read moreI’m used to the theaters back in the states being a hit or miss. But go into the bathrooms, broken stalls like almost every time. Each movie screen and sound system has a problem. Whether it’s flickering bright and then dims again or their sound system is completely muddled especially the sub bass. One of the movies playing just has some screechy blown out speakers. They never put any of the good movies in the big screen too. Always some random kids movie that barely has people in it the next week or so. Chairs always seem to be different seating heights depending on if it’s broken or not. Popcorn always seems inconsistent depending on who’s buttering your popcorn. Now their prices are basically around the same as Regal Theaters. It’s not...
