Brought a Pixel 3 in for a screen change because the rate I was quoted was lowest in the area, when I got the phone back the adhesive was a lot thicker than what was originally on he phone so the case was a lot tighter, the back of the phone wasn’t on straight, and now every time I drop the phone onto any surface, hard or soft, it resets or turns off and doesn’t want to restart. Not sure what they did while they had my phone open but I’m not sure it was put back...

I got a cheap M.2 SSD from a pallet liquidation sale, and had issues with it. Randy was knowledgeable, friendly, and very quickly got me sorted out.

I've built and rebuilt my computer a few times, and I would absolutely put it in Randy's hands if ever there came a need! I'll be seeing him first for future tune ups...

By far the most help I've gotten with computer issues without the attitude or criticism from not knowing everything about computers. He genuinely wants to help you solve your issues instead of trying to upsell you to something else. Very rare to find a customer...
