Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Defiance Township

I don't normally write reviews but i am heavily disappointed. I just ordered three pretzel pizzas and an Italian cheese bread. Originally it estimated a 50 minute delivery time which wouldve been fine and understandable. Then i recieved a message only a minute later that the pizzas and everything would delivered within the next 25 minutes. I knew immediately that, that meant i was not going to be recieving fresh food. Just something from the warmer but that was find with me as long as it was still good. The food got delivered to me at the new estimated time. I thanked the driver and took it inside. Upon opening the pizzas and cheese bread, it was obvious the cheese bread had been in the warmer for a while, and all three pretzel pizzas looked like hell. The cheese bread was tough and all three pretzel pizzas were not cut well at all. Half the pieces didnt even make it to the center of the pizza and the other half were pieces 1/3 the size of the whole pizza. Most of the cheese wasnt even on the pizza. It had slid off the side and onto the cardboard. I had gotten pizzas many time from here this summer and this time it was horrible. Im just...

I've been ordering from this Little Caesars for 5 years now and the management & employees have always been... let's say "suspect" the majority of the time. And unfortunately with that, the product was never up to par with other Little Caesars. In fact, this store LITERALLY got my order incorrect 6 times in a row. Nothing majorly wrong & not the end of the world, but still incorrect 6 separate times in a row!?

This past Saturday night I walked in and the guy at the counter actually acted like he had a clue and you could see that he cared. And not just that, he was very efficient, kind & helpful! My order was scheduled to be ready between 6:09-6:14, but was actually done way ahead of time, not way late like other times in the past! The best part was that my order was actually correct this time and it looked & tasted great!

a few days ago i went through the drive through and waited about a minute for this kid to stop talking to his coworkers. after he notices me he opens the window and says nothing, he just stares at me. i say i need 3 pepperonis and he just looks back, then back at me and says it’s gonna be a minute so i ask how long and he says he doesn’t know. then more silence. then i ask should i pull forward and he says again “i don’t know” probably the most irritating experience i’ve ever had i left and didn’t go back. lastnight my friend ordered us a pizza and it was supposed to have basil on it, it was just a fist full of basil in the middle of pizza in a pile. this used to be my go to place but i’m literally never going back it’s actually a terrible experience and i don’t want to risk wasting my money again or dealing with stupid people who don’t care at all (by the way the kid who answered the window had short brown hair and a hicky on his neck, hope he gets fired maybe...
