Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Defiance Township

I am a former employee that quit back in November of 2016. I was in all regards a very good employee. I worked there over a year and never missed a single day and was constantly covering shifts of other employees and helped out whenever I could. Come to find out 3 months later I am evidently banned from the store now because I quit. That's right, banned from the store and not allowed to pay full price for food any more.The management at the Defiance store is sub par to say the least and completely unprofessional. Absolutely the worst example of "leadership" I have ever experienced. I highly recommend you do not give your business to this location and the franchise owners should take a look into who is running their store and why there is a constant revolving door of employees. I waited an hour and forty-five minutes for the notice that my pizza had been delivered. When I opened my front door there wasn’t anything there. I called the driver and she said she left my pizza on my front porch. I assured her there was no pizza at my door. She said she could go get it and bring it to me if I wanted. What the heck??? I insisted she bring me my ordered. I waited another 10 minutes before I called her again. I finally got her here and she handed it to me. So much for contact-free delivery. To make it even worse I had to put a tip on when I placed my order through the app.

Papa Johns has been one of my favorite chain pizza places. This one here has maintained quality despite the dethroning of Papa in 2017, which is not the case with all Papa Johns. I like to order pizza from here once in awhile to get my fix. Always delivered quick, hot, and good quality. The rise is good, even distribution of toppings, and cooked perfect. Sometimes the cut isn’t complete but that’s fine by me. Love that PJs is pretty much the same pizza it’s always been. It’s not my favorite pizza of all but it’s still a good pizza to enjoy. Their app is outstanding and ordering a pie is quick and easy, and I’ve never encountered a delivery problem....
