H-E-B — Local services in Del Rio

Went to HEB today and yes they were busy but the lines were smooth and fast! Destiny greeted me and helped me above and beyond with my items. Although some lady who had more then 10 items gave her a hard time and was yelling at her she handled the situation very well and still helped everyone else at the same time. people y’all need to read or go back to school it’s 10 OR LESS NOT 10 or more that’s what the other lanes are for. Please HEB have better security for people like that. So your employees can call for help. We didn’t see any manger around and when she finally did come she let the lady stay. That’s why these people walk over your cashiers, because y’all let them get their way. Sometimes customers are not always right no matter how old they are she should have removed her from self checkout. Do better HEB and thank you Destiny for everything you do your awesome! I'd like to say..management is terrific, and so are all the cashier's and the cart guys/ gals are helpful whenever I need an electric cart....However I'm disappointed in the attitude of an older, Hispanic,Pastry lady when during a morning shift,and she was on duty, happened to see my husband with me and as he walked by and didn't acknowledge her presence, she Rediculuosly BOWED to him and she proceeded to look at me with raised eyebrows and looked at up and down as if saying" now that's how I treat him!"..Very disrespectful and insulting to me..she made me feel uneasy it's been difficult to go to that store..I don't know her name but if she does that again , forcertain I will get management with me to identify her..I...

Went to pharmacy to get my meds, unfortunately I had to go into store as I needed distilled H2O. I got way more than I needed but I still chose self checkout. Being an ex cashier/bag boy I figured no problem. Well someone must have laid it heavy on the oxygen levels in there cause I was lost and confused. The young man at self checkout was amazing as he kept coming over to help out. He was nothing but courteous and professional. I've been given that look of " seriously" when I can't remember my pin for the third time. He really came through.
