I live near this location. I stop by once in awhile for a quick walk with my puppy. I did see that they have paid parking signs but I assumed it's for some events or something else? There's no reason to park there very long for what I see. It's a historic place with some info regarding the previous owner. The building is visually not kept up or even repaired. Tarp hanging off the roof. Almost like an abandoned home. I received a warning ticket for not paying to park for my 10 minute walk. Mostly easy and intermediate trails, plus a well marked expert section which is optional that has lots of nice trail toys for the highly skilled who are bringing full face helmets.
It costs 8 dollars cash to park a vehicle in this park, so make sure to bring the exact cash.
There is a porta potty at each parking lot that I saw, but no water available. Must bring water.
