The Delran location is kid friendly; a lot of the equipment was just recycled from Launch (which was previously there) but I don’t have a problem with that. However, this location does not offer a “parental companion” type of pass. When I go with my 3 year old son to the Fairless Hills location, it’s only an additional $5 to accompany him on the trampolines (for his safety). At the Delran location, you have to purchase a full price ticket. I spend less in gas and toll to take him to fairless hills and I literally live around the corner from the Delran center. I could literally pay for gas, toll, and dinner for the amount I spend on JUST our tickets at the Delran location..
The cleanliness could use some work also. We were recently there about a week ago and my son almost stepped on a staple while in the play-tunnels. I also stepped on a small screw by the arcade games. Obviously no injuries, but it could’ve been worse if a child had gotten hurt because of these. Definitely raised some safety concerns.
A decent amount of the arcade games were off or broken. The very friendly staff were quick to give us back a credit that was used on a broken game.
I also had an issue with parents leaving their jackets on the chairs and tables to “reserve” the seats instead of using the cubbies or lockers. When I purchased food for my family while there, there was no seating available for us to sit down and eat due to all of the jackets. We had to sit on chairs in front of the play-tunnels while an employee was mopping; it was awkward and uncomfortable.
All in all, it’s a nice place but could use some better management and attention to detail when it comes to safety. Also better prices for parental tickets. I understand paying full price to race your kid at rock climbing, but my toddler is only on trampolines and your play-tunnels; this shouldn’t cost me $57 for...
Read moreI read some reviews before taking our kid for his birthday and there was one that stood out about the trash everywhere but the owners response really kinda rubbed me the wrong way by talking to the reviewer the way he did referring to her as “her very large self” but I was like man she must of really been a awful customer and made them really mad he also pointed out there was poinsettias on the tables hand sanitizer everywhere etc. I thought shit it’s probably really not bad let’s give it a shot. MAN LISTEN. I went in this place about two weeks ago, (February 8th) AND THOSE POINSETTIAS WERE STILL ON THE DAMN TABLES there was a large group that had atleast 4 tables pushed together they left ALL of their trash all over the tables not even exaggerating we were there for about an hour and a half and went over to get more drinks and these customers literally had to clean all of their trash off the tables themselves, to have a place to sit along with trash all over the other tables as well that remained there for the entire duration we were there, while staff sat behind the counters talking or just walking around aimlessly. And the hand sanitizer, THAT HAND SANITIZER omg I’ve never put something so foul on my hands in my life, it was sticky and smelled SO FRIGGIN BAD I was about to throw up from it I had to run to the bathroom immediately to wash it off. And to top off this experience, my kids were super sick by the next evening. I’m never typically one to leave a bad review like this but I’m just stating my honest experience. Very disappointing for the money we paid, it was not cheap and taking days off work to take care of sick kids didn’t help...
Read moreHorrible experience. Place if run down looking and smelly. Stuff doesn’t look very clean. Very expensive. 2 hours of time costs $30 for a child plus you must have their socks (another $3 and you can’t use other similar competitor socks) and then taxes. And if you decide you want a drink or snack - you must buy from them. Ended up taking 5 kids and it cost me over $200 for them to run around a big space. Barely any staff. The staff at the front desk are rude. You have to type all your information in and pay self-serve style only to go back in line to front desk so they can review your information and question your accuracy. There was an issue with age and a manager that claimed to be the owner came over and are very argumentative and arrogant. The “owner” appears to be in his late 20’s and must have to be woken up to deal with customers as he looked half asleep when he wasn’t being rude. Overall there’s so much better things you can do then visit this place. Unless you like sticky tables, over priced nasty food microwaved, dirty foam pits, dim lighting, and constantly dodging kids from (4) active birthday parties while your trying to let your kids have fun - before being further harassed about one child’s socks. I would never go back. Also my child kept finding trash and food in the bottom of a foam pit. Gross. Also remember that seats and tables can only be used for 20 minutes before being harassed by staff. And they also push parents to buy $12 passes to accompany the kids - despite a parent not wanting to...
