Ordered online for lunch and did an in the store pickup. When i got there, not a single car was in the drive-thru. When i went into the store, there were 6 other customers waiting at the counter. I was monitoring my order in the app, which said it was being made. Of the people inside, i am assuming they all ordered in the store. That's when the drive-thru started getting busy. Again, not a single car when i got there and 6 customers in the lobby. I watched as 5 orders went out the drive-thru window before a single person in the lobby was taken care of. One of the customers had to ask for someone to take his order. I sat there for over 20 minutes. Point is there was nobody paying attention to the customers in the lobby, and when orders were ready, the service was terrible. They called a name and handed a bag over. I didn't hear a single apology for the wait, nor did i hear what could be considered as a single common pleasentry. I was astounded. I worked fast food in high school and i understand it gets busy, but simple pleasant customer service isn't hard. My phone finally indicated my order was ready and i sat there waiting to be called. For another 3-5 minutes, nothing. I asked where my order was, and the person behind the counter went to a rack in the back and grabbed it. I checked in on the app so they knew i was there. Nobody could have called on me? I had to ask for the order? Come on, you can do better. Someone needs to take a closer look at the customer service at this location. Read moreFrom the parking lot being full with cars waiting to order in Drive thru I knew going inside would be a show at the expense of wasted time I can never have back. Ordering at the Kiosk was the about the only thing done right this visit and it’s because I was able to put the order in myself. I made sure to pull up a chair close to the kitchen so I could watch the chaos behind the counter. Only two employees seemed to stay on the line and actually try to make orders, I’m guessing both are managers and I feel for them. However, the crew had no guidance. The worst thing about this experience is the amount of times I seen crew members throw trash directly onto the floor instead of a trash can, change gloves multiple times without washing hands after touching every inch of their torso, hair, back and the amount of times they removed themselves off the line to just walk around the back. No one was in control. This happened our whole visit which lasted 40 minutes plus only to receive food we didn’t order and missing a major item we paid a good amount of money for. Please review food safety with everyone at this location, if trained correctly you could maybe see a return in customers instead of 1 star ratings about how horrible the service...
Read moreI just left here and let me tell you WHAT HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SERVICE VERY SLOW I placed a grab and go order ahead of time before I got there and waited inside I waited and waited I'm guessing the dude with the black hair young boy was the manager asked what I'm waiting on I told him my name he Said they are working on it now atleast 20 minutes went by before I finally said something to him again like it said my order was done at 915 and it was already 9:50pm at this point the audicty of him and I watched several people come in after me and get their orders finally got my food not one sorry from anybody or even can I offer you a drink for the long wait I will not be returning to this location I never been through this at the cherry hill location and I go there often they all need better customer service training and you guy's most definitely need better more professional training what a horrible experience tonight absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous also instead of him just standing around he could have stepped in and helped they had 2 ladies doing all the work I seen atleast 6 workers back there that could have been helping as well but no just two women we're doing...
