My sister and I went twice in 5 days (we live 40 minutes away) we enjoyed Vintage Mercantile so much!! We love the offerings & the variety, the numerous vendors and the emphasis on truly vintage & antique. 3 floors, beautifully staged (My favorite is the primarily French vendor on 2nd floor, far right corner, windows overlook Main Street). I needed some semi-ornate vintage & antique frames, not high-end nor perfect, and found 3 for an upcoming juried art event in Dallas. Well, the 3 I found are a great start! A sweet gal, Becky, has a great booth on the first floor, far right corner, windows look out to Main Street - found some beautiful faux fruit and we shared a fun, brief chat about our painting endeavors. Read moreMe and my daughter visited their booth while they were out at the Vintage Market Days in McKinney last week. I found the most "vintage" treasures there and the perfect "stool" I have been hunting for to display in front of my mantle for Christmas. My daughter found antique gold candle sconces and she couldn't believe they were only $15 for the pair!! Prices are reasonable compared to some other places we've been to. Oh the lady I guess the owner, was just the cutest lovely lady!! Her personality is just infectious! She told us to come out and visit their store in Denison and we certainly will real soon!!...
