She intervened several times between the builder and us to ensure the purchase and transactions went smoothly. Her participation greatly exceeded our expectations. Niki definitely met our needs. All through the process we knew we were dealing with an experienced realtor who has always gone out of her way to ensure every detail is taken care of. Even one year after buying our new home, she is still guiding us and helping us to prepare for the 11th month home inspection so we can address the flaws found in our new home and submit them for the warranty process.
