Supreme Crab — Restaurant in Denton

Horrible experience. Me and my wife went to this restaurant when it first opened back in July/August of last year and it exceeded our expectations. We decided to treat ourselves and go back again since we enjoyed it so much but this experience was horrible.. seafood isn’t cheap and if we are spending 180$ for a dinner we would of appreciated that our money would not be taken for granted. To start off first my wife ordered gator kickers and she was not told that they where spicy at all! She couldn’t even eat them because of how hot they where . I had raw oysters and they where just okay at least.. then we both ordered a create your own seafood bag.. she got headless shrimp lobster tail and crab legs and I got crawfish, headless shrimp, lobster tail and crab legs.. when we received our boil it looked very delicious but it was far from that.. the boil was lacking in flavor.. it tasted way different than what I remembered.. literally no flavor at all, and the worst part being our seafood was OVERCOOKED.. I mean so overcooked to the point where it still felt like the shrimp had the shell after you peeled it and ate it.. the lobster tail was not even edible and the crab legs you couldn’t even crack them good to get the meat out you literally had to tear the shell apart hoping that the meat wasn’t stuck on it just to get a good piece. We had to ask for butter twice. And when we finally received it it was 5 minutes after our food was at our table so of course it began to get cold.. we told our waitress Abby and she took the lobster tail back and took it off our check? Not even asking if we wanted a recooked one… we still tipped her just because she was Nice but it was horrible.. we will not be returning! I had posted a tik tok video when they first opened saying how good and how it’s a must go too spot but I will be deleting and giving a update on this restaurant..Please take your money elsewhere for seafood in Denton this...

ordered wings and chicken was raw. bit into a wing and it was pink. Decided it might have been a fluke so tried another and it was pink as well. I know that sometimes wings can come out pink, but the chicken itself was mushy and texture was definitely raw. Server brought chef out and instead of keeping it under wraps decided to argue in front of my party of 30+. Tried to argue with me about the wings being done instead of bringing it back/remediate the issue in front of my party who just came after a funeral. Didn’t want to cause a scene in front of them so told him to go away.

This isn’t the first time we’ve been here, first time was awful a few months ago since we came in an hour and a half before closing, workers put dirty chairs up near our table with dirty legs in the air and swept while we ate. Workers cleaning up gave us dirty looks as if they were closing in 5 minutes, but they still had an hour before they officially closed. I get it, you gotta close up shop but for a restaurant with high prices, you would expect friendly service not service you would get at a local KFC or Popeyes.

Decided to come again hoping it would be better, was definitely wrong.

Server who helped us 09/12/24 was great, she tried to fix the issue with the chef but it was the chef’s fault he came out guns blazing about some chicken wings. So sorry she has to work in an environment with little...

BRING YOUR OWN CRAB FORK ........ The atmosphere was great. It was not so loud that we couldn't talk at our table which is what I expected after reading reviews. I was very expensive. 2 of our table guests had been there more than once and BOTH times something was forgotten in the food bags. When received it was not the same flavor as either order. I was very good, but not what we ordered. My main complaints are: the sun setting was in our face until it went totally down. You need curtains or something to block it or DON'T USE THOSE SEATS. You weren't so busy that you had to. Ordering is difficult. You'll understand if you choose to visit. The main complaint is you charge me $100+ plus the table tab and we got a regular fork and crab crackers to eat with, THAT'S IT! A substantial amount of the tab was wasted on the part of the crab leg I didn't have the tools to be able to "reach"................ BRING YOUR OWN CRAB FORK ................. and maybe extra crackers if your table intends to eat crab. We had to share. On a side note, the paper towel dispenser doesn't work with the cheap rolled paper towels. Either replace the dispensers or invest in more quality towels. You KNOW as messy as the food is, people WIILL utilize the facilities. I'll probably go back if this place lasts but not without MY...
