Do yourself a favor and buy some sausages here! They are among the nicest locally owned business in town and the sausages are unbelievably good!! I have been buying sausages here for many years. It is no wonder this place survives with no advertising considering they off the beaten path. US military soldiers that were stationed in Germany claim this place is as close as it gets to tasting a sausage at Oktoberfest. Don’t forget to try their numerous deli meats or bacon, you won’t be disappointed! Read moreI visited the store based on all the great reviews on Google. I'm not sure what the fuss is about. I specifically went to get some kielbasa for Easter, hoping that it would be authentic polska kielbasa like I knew from my childhood (I grew up in a very Polish town in Connecticut.) Sadly, it was not. I'd say it was no better than the kielbasa one could buy at the grocery store. I also bought a few German sausages, they were fine but again nothing special. A loaf of rye bread I bought was quite tasty.
So overall 3 stars...I wouldn't go out of my way to go back, certainly not...

I was last in Denver in 2016 and had to stop by the old school building and I remembered the great little sausage place I used to frequent.
