Safeway / Albertson's Distribution Center — Attraction in Denver

If coming from i76, get onto i270. On 270, you can take exit 2A, BUT be prepared to immediately get into the most left lane. Left on E 56th ave, and then at the light, a right onto dahlia st. I did all this at 3AM so results may vary. Got in the gate, pull to stop sign. Gaurd seemed nice at first, gave a phone number for check in and said to stage at the docks to the left of gaurdshack. Said door 3 or 5 but both had a dumpster in front of them??? So I had my husband hop out to watch my blind side for me and started a 90° into door 2. Gaurd comes out hootin and hollering at him, he tells her I'm backing into door 2, she throws her hands up annoyed. She must not have seen anyone do a 90° before and thought I was just parking blocking all the doors. 🤷 Called for check in, got a call back within 5 mins to get assigned a door. Leave bills in trlr. There is a bathroom inside recieving office, down hall, door on right, says out of order but said I can use it when I asked 🤷 don't vandalize it, or leave it nasty. I imagine that's why they put the out of order to begin with.

EDIT: this place was one stop of a 4 stop load, was quick (wasn't much to unload) but they have you move out of the door to wait for paperwork... You and every other driver. Becomes chaotic. Everyone parking along the barriers and others trying to back, seeing the people near the barriers are TRYING to get out of the way already, but continue honking anyway because men don't know how to handle their own emotions. So they channel it...

The entrance is through the gate on Dahlias St. The gate is closed, but it will open once you are in between the yellow lanes. Download the freight Smith app to check in through the app after you have entered the gate. Once inside, proceed until your truck is completely inside of the gate while approaching into a yellow pole in the middle of the yard with a stop sign. Once there, the security will ask you for your paperwork and will ask you if you have checked in. Then, you will be told to park in front of the trailer on the left docks from that position. Once parked and checked in through the app, you will get a call with a door dock number. Before proceeding to your dock, drop off your paperwork on the entrance by dock 301 with the red stair rails. Turn left entering the door, and it's the first door on the right, same door for the rest rooms. Then proceed to dock, get a text on the app to pay lumber fee, and get a text as well for your paperwork. once done, paperwork will be placed inside the trailer, or you will have to pick it up from the office by dock 301 on your way out. At the gate, open your doors for the security and continue to leave the facility. Your welcome 🙏

3/27/23. I arrived at 430pm day before...no parking till they open the staging area at 3am...I found some street parking a couple of blocks away around some other warehouses...came back at 330am for my 330am appt...tried checking in with the phone number but couldn't get anyone to answer...used the app from the staging area..not super user friendly but figured it out eventually...got a call for a door about 415am....here's they 3 star rating...my load was a frozen load...1st time to deliver her so I have no idea frozen loads go across the street from the whs that has to staging area..after the lumper service called me to find out why I wasn't at the door after 20 min they told me about the whs across the road..I took the yarddriver gate and the rude frozen guard felt she needed to yell at me about it and still not direct me to where my door might be...she couldn't have been more rude if she had just cussed me...anyway..managed to find my door...opened up put bills in the back ..when they were done getting their freight out they called and asked me to pull off and sit to the side and wait for bills...paid the lumper and got my bills...
