service sucked today. we walked in the door wasn't greeted, for one, there was no "welcome to Starbucks" not today. no one in line at the time. I am a daily customer at this location, for the last 5months bc it is closest to my work. The waitress mimi didn't greet us or tell us she can help us when we were ready, she stared at us and waited for us to walk up and order. Yet 3 others walked in and she greet them as if it was nothing. I've been inside and thru the drive thru many times at this location. I once worked at a starbucks in my previous life and know there is certain standards for the employee at every moment when a customer walks into the store. Not to mention!!!!! when our drinks came up they sat on the bar for over 8 minutes NO one bothered to tell anyone they put it there. I know for a fact when you make an order coffee or drink, they put it on the counter and announce what it is. Read moreI really love this Starbucks location because i had a better food experience than the Starbucks on 8th Ave & Colorado Blvd. I'm in love with their "Lemon Icing Cake ". It's so moist, fresh, nice size and price. However, I went to the 8th Ave. & Colorado Blvd location for the same cake and it was very dry and very hard. I had to throw it away because it was so bad. You know it's a bad cake when you put it in the microwave too soften it and it made it even harder. I still get pissed when I think about it. But what made matters worse when I shared my bad cake experience at another location I was told that the cake must've came from the display box for which is so true. In addition, the associate new he was doing wrong and still charged me regular price for that hard slice of cake. Don't worry because won't be going back to that location ever in life. Read moreY'all have made my coffee wrong, out of spite, for the last time. This has been going on entirely too long, and I'm beyond over it. I have been trying to support this location for a year now. A few months ago, our drinks started being made incorrectly fairly often. When brought to thier attention, it comes along with attitude and insinuations that it's somehow my fault. It's such an inconvenience to ask that my 7 dollar coffees be made correctly. Its a Venti White chocolate mocha for goodness sakes. One of your MOST POPULAR DRINKS. Its almost like when you see me now, you INTENTIONALLY make sure the drink isn't made right.
