Ninja Ramen — Restaurant in Denver

We love this food truck! The owners are wonderful and make nothing but delicious food. We follow them around Denver as we can't get enough of their food and they are always at great breweries.

We also had them help cater our wedding and they not only accommodated for all the present food allergies but they also were flexible throughout the evening making our night stress-free.

Great place. Kinda odd small hole in the wall dining area and ordering experience but amazing food! I got to meet the owner/ host/ cook who brought me alkaline water and explained how the water softness compared to here and Japan is so different and that's how they get their noodles just right. I overdid it on the chili powder but...
