took the family here for Community movie night at the park and it was completely awesome of course we left a little early cuz we had a baby with us as it was raining and too windy so we left we didn't get to finish the movie Coco even though we've seen it several times at home it's still a great movie about culture. But this Saturday August 11th they are having a community block party which we will join as well come join us for fun everybody all day long free food and events don't forget the sunblock in the book spray and an umbrella or two for you kiddos if it starts to get rainy like it did...
Read moreThere used to be a time when the playground here was covered in graffiti, empty booze bottles, and needles. It appears that whoever manages this park and playground have put a lot of work into restoring it. The playground is fun with a lot of options. Definitely better than it was several years ago.
There's also lots of open space, a basket ball court, and a softball field.
The park is on a bit of a hill with a flat part near the bottom. Something to keep in mind.
