Viva Burrito CO — Restaurant in Denver

This place has really gone down hill. This location specifically. It's sad because I used to like it here. I really don't know how they manage to keep this location open, make any kind of profit, and compete with the guys next door. You pretty much have to guess when they are open even though they claim 24hour service, or whether or not the cooks decided they want to come to work today. The cooks no show more than once, or its a lie they use to justify pure laziness. The wait is ridiculous. The customer service is unbearable. Granted, It's a drive-thru and it's fast food, I'm not expecting exceptional 5 star red carpet service. But when your level of common sense and common courtesy can't even reach mediocre expectations, it's time to hire monkeys, because a chimp would be better than who they have working here. I just really question now the cleanliness of the restaurant, if they have no respect or regard for their customers, to do something as simple as open on time and serve food, which is the BARE MINIMUM requirement in running a restaurant. I can only imagine the amount of effort put in to make quality food and be compliant with anything else. To the owner, this is prime real estate. Sell it. Preferably to someone else who wants to excel and hustle in life. Your establishment gives hard working mexican americans a bad name. Do us and yourself a favor and close your doors. So i pull up to the drive thru window and order a number 8. The girl who was working said "what kind?" and i couldn't see on the menu what kind there was. So i asked her what kind there was and she replied in a RUDE VOICE "IT'S ON THE MENU". i told her i honestly could not see and could she please tell me. Again she yelled "its on the menu!" i asked her if she could get a manager and she turned the speakers off on me! I sat there for ten minutes getting no response from her. I even called their phone number while waiting and they didn't even answer, so i pulled up to the window and she continued to ignore me even though she saw me. I was SO MAD. so i went inside and asked her if the drive thru was closed. She said "NOPE!" So i asked what her problem was and she walked away!!! Omg i was so mad. So when she came back to the front i asked her name and she refused. So i video recorded her, i ended up leaving and going to the viva on pecos. And they told me her name is Elisabeth. DO NOT EAT HERE Worst customer service ever. They screwed my order up so badly that for once I decided to go back and have them fix it. I don’t eat meat, and when I told them they had given me all beef tacos instead of potato tacos they had me get back in the drive thru line, which was packed. When I finally got to the window, they started to hand me my food when they stopped and asked me for the incorrect order back. I said no I didn’t bring the food back! They said sorry but it’s policy we can’t give you this food unless you brought the food back...during a pandemic in which their own store is restricted to drive through only.
