Will never eat here at this location again. Not only did I stand in the cold at the window while the employees waved at me, got his phone out, checked it, but never came to window. I waited long enough that the app downloaded on my phone while I stood there. Then order the food went back to the window to make sure my order went through and watched the same employee that waved at me have only one glove on and as I watched him thinking please don't touch any food with that other hand or put on a glove, well he didn't. Then pulled all the buns out with the hand with no glove the veggies and took the burger patty off the counter top off of some plastic. Then he bagged up the order the whole time waiting for someone to come to the window and be like dude just made all the food with only one glove and touched all the food and his phone with the one hand that had no glove. Well the food he bagged up was mine and I was like nope went and told my husband then he was like nope. We went to get our money back cause neither was going to eat it. The sack was still stapled. The older employee told me I lied and I needed proof knowing I stood there the entire time. So I was like, see this picture of this bag in his hand no glove the hand by his side there is the glove. Then he told me I needed to send him the pictures to his cell phone like I was going to send him something so he could have my number. But here is the employee with only one glove, and my order in his hand waiting on the young female employee to get my fries. She was the only one that i watched do anything by the book while standing there. She was the only one I watch clean an area put gloves on she should definitely be over...
Read moreEdit: I went to this location again to see if they have improved and they have not. I placed a pick up order (like I do weekly for the colfax location) and they told me all pick up orders must be picked up at the walk up window forcing me to reverse out of the drive thru. When i go to the location on Colfax i’ve never had this issue. They didn’t have my order ready even though they knew I was going to be using the walk up window and the entire staff had their back to me when I walked up. Literally why place a mobile order if it’s going to take more time to get it then using the drive thru. Also I had to remind the worker to get me my drink because they didn’t read what was on my receipt. It seems like the staff here are just unwilling to satisfy their guests.
Female worker in drive through had a massive attitude. I had to ask multiple times for sauce and when i checked the bag it still wasn’t in there so i asked for it at the window. she rolled her eyes before handing out one sauce for two meals and then stormed away. I received an email letting me know it was National Dog Day and Pawbenders were free. I submitted an order online. When I arrived the Pawbender was NOT free. The server told me the Pawbenders were not free if ordered online or in the app. I came home and read the details I received and no where in the email did it read that the Pawbender was not free if ordered online or in the app. Needless to say, I won't be visiting Goodtimes as often as I used to. Also, when I place an order, I'm encouraged to use my rewards, of which is an order of fries. However, when I select to use my rewards, I receive a message that my order doesn't qualify to use my rewards. This is after a year of spending money!
