Taco Bell — Restaurant in Denver

I'm vegan and I checked online of the things I could order at TB and did what they suggested. I ordered a 7layer burrito and a crunch wrap. I asked them to leave out the dairy n meat no cheese no sour cream and instead asked for potatoes, rice and guac. Knowing the 7layer was supposed to have those things in it already...NOT what I got..this is what I got!!... Practically NOTHING !!..I got a smear of beans on both and a total of 6 very teeny tiny pieces of potato between BOTH of them COMBINED!... there were 3 of the teeny pieces of potato on this huge gigantic tortilla with a broken tostada shell (1 of the 3) teeny potatoe pieces rolled off onto the floor because there was nothing there like beans guac or rice to hold it on... there was maybe a smear of beans on one one of the broken pieces of tostada shell. It wasn't enough to eat... on the undercooked tortilla or broken shell ...So that went directly into the trash ! Now the 7layer burrito was supposed to have beans, rice and guac already in it...i just asked to leave out the sour cream and cheese...mine had a smear of beans and on the other end of it was a smear of sour cream NO rice or guac and the other 3 very tiny pieces of potato. I had to remove about 3 inches of that where the sour cream was and throw that in the trash too ! All the edible food I was left with was about 3 inches of mostly undercooked tortilla with a smear of beans and 4 of the teensist hard potatoe pieces from the combined crunchwrap. So practically NOTHING !! That wasn't all... Plus the fact that this food was so slopply thrown together like they were handing hundreds of people and the person who put my food together had not only mis- understood the whole order but was in some type of speed contest in which he had no time to add and subtract food but to even wrap any of it... Nothing was in the wrapper it was JUST thrown in the bag with the wrappers barely hanging on the side. They should of just thrown it in the bag without any of the wrappers. I know there was only ONE person sitting in the restaurant already done ordered...I was the ONLY person in the restaurant ordering and there was definitely no one in the drive thru as I ordered...one man came in as I was waiting for my food and maybe one in the drive thru after I had ordered and was leaving. So how much of a hurry could he have possibly been in is beyond me... I would give TB a BIG FAT ZERO stars if I could... but it wont let me.😞 And had I not ordered it to go I would of most definitely asked for my money back. The reason I went inside to order instead of going thru the drive was so they could get my special order right... Plus the fact no one was there!! Are we to open it there and check ??? I felt screwed and then had to go elsewhere to order more food cause I was still hungry. I paid $8 for NOTHING !! I could of ordered a plain bean burrito and could of saved my money... I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! So to whomever is reading this ...I would like my money back PLEASE or compensation for the lack of food I got. I still have my receipt. Or I will never ever go there again as long as i live ! You get minus stars you get 5 sad...

I had an utterly disappointing experience at Taco Bell that I need to share. The food was shockingly subpar; my tacos were barely filled with any ingredients and were cold and soggy. The supposed "beef" was questionable at best, with an unappetizing texture and flavor that made me question what I was actually eating. The nachos were a mess—cheese was clumped and cold, and the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed.

The drive-thru area itself seemed poorly maintained, with trash and debris scattered around. The wait was excessively long, and I ended up sitting in line for 20 minutes before receiving my food.

The service only compounded the problem. The staff appeared disinterested and unprofessional. They were rude and unhelpful when I asked for a replacement, and it felt like they were doing me a favor by serving me. To make matters worse, the manager's response was dismissive when I expressed my concerns. They seemed uninterested in addressing the issues and offered no apology or compensation.

Overall, this experience was far from acceptable. The food, cleanliness, and service were all below par, and I will not be returning to this Taco Bell or recommending...

This place is the best place anywhere hands down. I see them helping out the homeless alot and they really care about their community not just what happens inside their restaurant but the people around their business. I see them offering a man that cleans parking lot food and shelter inside the store when its freezing. I also see them let anyone that is cold stay indoors to warm up. This is an amazing team of workers and they get respected buy the homeless and keep place very clean and food is the best made by an taco bell I've ever been. Because you van tell their food is made with TLC. They are the best I want to thank and show my appreciation to you for going above and beyond your limits of being an employee at your establishment. You really deserve an award for what your doing at this Taco Bell by your owner and community all the employees there.
