Just need to shout out to Micky and Julia. I don't leave reviews. I live less than one block away from this Starbucks. I get coffee for home every 8 weeks or so.
Went into this location today to get a coffee drip system and coffee. Mikey was beyond helpful. A family with two small children were leaving and the little buy started to run outside of the store and fell. The sidewalk was clear and dry. The little boys feet were just too fast for his body. The family came back into the Starbucks to settle and care for their son. Julia immediately without asking took the family a cup of ice to be used on the little boys head. Micky took him a chocolate cake pop and asked his parents if he could have it. Micky then got down on one knee to present the litter boy with the treat. Micky spoke gently and kindly to the little boy.
I let them both know how kind they were and applauded their kind and right action. I am sitting in the store writing this review and I am still a little teary.
Much gratitude for having an atmosphere where you see something, you do something and show up with love and compassion. There acts took maybe three minutes and I can guarantee that their actions will be remembered by this family and me for many more minutes and days.

Michael and Nicole are bullies as managers and made me beg to get your number to call and complain about my drinks being made incorrectly and that’s the problem I don’t beg period as I told Michael. I spend $100 a week here and will refuse to go to this location ever again. If I ever see either of these employees outside their green aprons I will tell them you their face personally how bad they are at their jobs. Starbucks replace them. Horrible service and terrible drinks this Tuesday morning for the second week in a row. Oh nice job of throwing Michael under the bus Nicole. Usually love the staff here but this morning the supervisor, Athena, wasn’t someone I particularly care for. She should have more control of the rude people in drive thur. I believe people shouldn’t be served if they aren’t going to be civil in the line and cut others off. Do something about it correctly or don’t come outside. I don’t need free things I need diligence. I feel let down by this staff today. They get two stars at lease for the other 4 days things don’t happen like this...

I’m a 20 yo college student going to school in Wyoming and visiting family in the springs. This was quite literally a random stop while I prepared for my therapy appointment while I chug through the rest of my drive. CRYSTAL IS AMAZING. She asked for my name, addressed me by it the whole time, asked me about school and was a genuinely kind person. Yes the wait was mildly long but even so crystal kindly excused herself when she realized how long the wait had been and went to make my drink herself. The reason I point out date and time is because there were two other partners just standing there when it was clear that crystal was trying to keep conversation and take the orders behind me.
