Pretty disappointed with our experience with this company. If I could put zero stars, I would. I was shown a hot tub and told that the floor model was for sale. Got excited and brought my husband to look at the tub. We were then told that it wasn't that tub that was for sale and it was actually another one in a different color. We were not super thrilled about the other color but still put a deposit down to hold the tub for us. The next day when we were ready to buy the hot tub we were told that they had sold the tub to another customer even though we had a hold on that tub. We can't trust this company at all. We don't recommend this experience for anyone and we will not be returning.
EDIT: After writing this review, Jeremy responded with a completely new story which is far from the situation that actually occurred.
*I should state that the short time that we interacted with Jeremy was very pleasant. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but wasn't there to oversee or hear what we were actually told in regards to the hot tub we were interested in.
We were NEVER told we were 2nd on the list. We were told there were 2 hot tubs of that model that they had in stock. The one we wanted had already been sold, however we could buy the other one in the back which was a different color. We could have even bought it right then if we weren't wanting to think about the different color option. We are just super disappointed in the lies we were told and the way that Frank handled the situation from the very beginning of us being interested in the "floor model" they had shown us. To be honest this entire thing did seem like a bait and switch to try to get us to buy a more expensive model.
-Go in and see a hot tub we like and it's for sale as the floor model. -Return with husband to find oh it's actually another one in back that's for sale (they wouldn't let is see it) -Decided we wanted to buy - oh we sold it but here's a hot tub for double the price and no discount for selling the hot tub we had planned on buying. -We would have actually been interested in the other hot tub had they dropped the price down a little for the mess that they had caused, however, Frank was being rude about the entire situation.
We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere and recommending that friends and family stay far away from this location as they are very unorganized and apparently just care about a sale instead of actually building relationships with the people who are interested in becoming...
Read moreLittle did I know when I dialed the number of Spa Warehouse, how perfectly guided my intuition was in that moment, but it didn’t take all that long for the fact of it to prove itself time and time again. The final results of my action were not instant but the need for quality eclipses the need for immediacy every time, in accordance with my insistence upon it.
Marshall’s voice on the phone inspired trust and hope in my willingness to take this leap. I had such a strong feeling, a recognition, when I saw a diagram of Endless Pool’s R500, the impulse to make that call arrived without hesitation. I had done the research to have an ample frame of reference, so when I saw how the interior of the swim spa was uniquely laid out, I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that was The One.
Quite a few steps were required to create a receptive and fitting environment, given our context, our limited landscape, and—thanks to my husband’s ingenuity and strategic labors—fit it does! Upon first entry into the R500, I was, and continue to be, gape-jawed, awe-struck and relieved. The spa’s features—designed with undeniably astute and thoughtful care—speak volumes as I inch my way, day-by-day in the spa, towards mobility restoration, en route to reclaiming robust head-to-toe health.
I must highlight here that this absolutely necessary addition to our life took quite a bit of doing. Scaling the learning curve was made so much easier because of Marshall, the whole spirit of Spa Warehouse and the team of people who made this phenomenal event possible, quite significantly including the owner’s gracious son, Jeremy. My husband and I, both, find Spa Warehouse’s “high-touch” mode of operation a refreshing and ultra-appreciated service, in this cold-screen, auto-reply, impersonal-masquerading-as-human AI world.
Lots of Marshall’s signature-style hand-holding, his genuinely engaged and engaging customer service made a huge difference embarking on what-seemed-to-be-so-risky an endeavor.
From moment one, when Marshall picked up my initial call (and many calls and emails to him along the way), I received an abundance of empathy, knowledge, guidance and gifts that I most definitely needed in making our dream come true…and for all that, we are...
Read moreMy wife and I were interested in purchasing a swim spa. We were really apprehensive. We wanted a high-quality unit that didn’t break the bank. We settled on Endless pools and thankfully they hooked us up with Cesar at The Spa Warehouse. We live about an hour away, and didn’t want to make the trip for nothing. Cesar was very patient about answering all my questions via email. When we make the trip to their location, we met Cesar and he walked us through everything. He’s very knowledgeable about not only the products but the health benefits/application of swim spas with relation to our own medical issues. We walked out of there very pleased with our purchase and The Spa Warehouse.
UPDATE (March 2019): We ordered our swim spa and a Covana cover in October 2018. The spa was delivered in early December. Dale, the owner, delivered the spa and was very personable, and respectful of our property. Electrical finally got hooked up in mid-December (after receiving the incorrect installation manual from dealership and having the electrician order a 60amp breaker, when the spa only requires a 30amp breaker - and it's provided with the spa!). The cover, on the other hand, was finally delivered in late February!!! Now the Covana cover is an awesome product - it provides safety, security and an ease of operation you can't find in other covers. BUT you pay a pretty penny, AND apparently it takes forever (holidays, weather, etc). I'm also not happy about the fact that the keyswitch which raises/lowers the cover does not have any way to mount it. The Covana company suggested velcro. If you knew what we paid for that cover, it should have come with a silver mounting bracket! Lauren delivered and assembled the cover AND did a great job improvising the installation when they discovered that the company apparently sent the incorrect hardware with it (metal sided spa hardware vice wood sided). The important thing to take away from this (because, once they get your money...): The Spa warehouse sells good products, even if you have to wait forever for the suppliers. IMPORTANT - If you want accurate answers/status quickly, talk to Dale (the owner) or Frank (salesman). That's all I'm...
