Burger King — Restaurant in Des Moines

OH MY GOD!! anyone want to know fast services with a friendly customer services. This Buger King is the best spot to go to. It's way better than Popeyes' hands down✋️ not only that I have come to this buger king 3 times and as pack as they get day or night, they lines keep going. The facility is very well maintained inside and out. Only if they can receive customers tip and management accepting them receiving tips I diffinately would tip this location hwy 99 on seatac area. Not only is the food amazing, but the workers are beyond fantastic 👌 a cup posted out they windows that say tip is great, not only for the workers' hard work but appreciation." Facilities Workers like that should be recognized... for Popeyes they food was undercooked, with bad attitude,bad customer services, and the facility looks new, but outside and inside as well with they employees is trash 🗑 waiting in line not to mention for 30-45minutes just to order is ridiculous 🙄 it's a fast food service not slow food services lol.. Update:07/05/2023 at 11:21am... Ordering my food through the drive-through today was not very friendly, nor did that guy have customer service skills... who's going to be like, "And that's it, and that's it, and that's it??" On each order I have made rushing me to just end my order.... so since I was not finished ordering my food, this young, nice woman taking my payment, I brought up my concern to her, she apologized for her coworker... she shouldn't have to apologize for any of her coworkers' attitude.... It's pretty sad that she had to smfh... and told her I felt rushed and she continued to place the other oder I have wanted... and I know the morning management that's here because I spoke highly of her other employee... Today, whoever that guy is on the headset needs a retrain on how to be friendly to customers and fix his attitude... If not, pass that headset over to another employee who has better skills... DUDE YOUR ATTITUDE SUCKS AND YOU WILL BE THE CAUSE FOR GOOD CUSTOMERS RETURNING BACK... FIX IT, QUIT, OR GET FIRED FROM...

The food was good, I'm particularly fond of Burger King for fast food, although at this location it wasn't really served that fast. We dined in, and it was clear they were prioritizing drive through orders above ours, but I've worked that kind of job before so it was understandable. Using the restroom was a hassle, as it was not only locked, but required an employee to open it instead of a code. The soda machine required a code as well. I understand that this location is right on Pacific but these measures seemed a little extreme, especially considering how nice and warm and inviting the interior atmosphere was. But it tasted good, and I'll definitely come back here.

EDIT: I came here again today and had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was super fresh and hot, served quick, and the service was excellent. The employee was really friendly, helpful, and even made a lunch item for me even though it...

I was very happy to hear that Burger King has opened their lobby for dine in. The burger King near to my house in Federal Way opened their lobby the second week in December. This was my first time coming to this Burger King. The service and food were very good, my issue was, the station were you get your beverages and ketchup was a mess. Considering the lobby was empty and they did not appear to be short staffed I saw no reason for it not to be clean. I did have some difficulty getting out of the parking lot because there is a poppys' chicken next door and the drive thru line runs in front of Burger King so if you are trying to back out, you can be blocked in by those in the drive thru line for Poppys'. I would recommend this place because I prefer Burger King over the other fast food...
