Cemitas Tepeaca 2 — Restaurant in Des Moines

My wife and i were out and about in the area and I've been wanting to try the place. The place was clean but very hot, no working HVAC but in a way it reminded me of going out to eat when visiting family in Mexico. I order the Cemita with pork cutlet and my wife had the Cemita with beef cutlet. Both were very large and filled with cheese, avacado and the meat. I had mine with Chipotle and my wife had jalapenos with hers. Flavors brought back memories of my childhood going to visit grandma. Cemitas are a Mexican sandwich common to Puebla Mexico. Lady was so rude! I asked for a plain semita for my nephew which i didnt need to explain that he is autistic and has food sensitivities.. I was going to pay for it and she said no she couldn't sell me one plain. It has to be prepared with meat and mayo or something. That is so ridiculous never heard of such thing lady! Rude customer service. I will never go back and im spreading the word around since our family is big and from Puebla. My nephew was upset and hungry because he wanted a bread. And for the fact i had ordered 4 that was prepared and paid alot for them. And we are frequent customers who order alot and spend alot. You just lost money!...

Besides making ur order wrong the old women acts like she is doing you a favor when you go in there or takes your order by phone! She charges you for any little thing that you may request or ask for. As a attention to the customer she is NOT a person where the customer is always right!, it's her way or no way!!!!! Im so disappointed with this place that im not coming back, just tired of having to call to complaint about the food and not even getting and apology for their mistakes then ordering something and getting something else and there is never their fault it's always the customer fault so i had it!!!!!!
