DO NOT BUY JEWELRY AT ANGELES, PERIOD!! I bought a necklace at the Angeles on 8 mile & Dequindre in Belmont Shopping Center. When I got home, I tried it on. As soon as I put it on 1 of the iridescent stones feel out of the necklace into the bathroom sink. I tried to catch it, but it went down the drain. I put the necklace back in the box. I bought the necklace to wear with a dress, I was wearing for a church convention. I thought maybe I could wear it anyway & maybe no one would notice if 1 stone was missing. When I got to Lansing, where the dress was I was going to try it on with the dress, I noticed there were 2 more stones missing. I knew the policy was no returns on jewelry, but I didn't expect them to refuse to do anything about this $30 necklace that couldn't even be tried on without falling apart. When I contacted the manager Lisa, she asked me to send her a picture of the necklace. She informed me that it could not be returned, but that it could possibly be repaired & that they had, had a few incidents where customers needed repairs. After she got my pictures she said that it coudn't be fixed, because I don't have the stones. If I had the stones they could repair it. I felt like, if they really valued their customers business. They would be willing to do something, like maybe, give me my money back & send it damaged jewelry back to the company that made it so carelessly. Just because it can't be fixed, there is something they could do. I'm out of $30, with a necklace, that everytime I look at it, it's falling apart. I will never buy jewelry from them again & I will tell everyone I know, not to as well. There should not be no returns on defective merchandise DO NOT BUY JEWELRY AT ANGELES...

For those of you who have already seen my previous review, yesterday my thoughts were the opposite of what had taken place when I went to meet and speak to the owners of this store. It work out great! They help correct the problem that I had with a item.
Sometimes, you might not know what may happen, but you still have to press to find out. The journey that God has for you has to be fulfilled and take place. Each experience worketh out His perfect will, even while out enjoying all the great festivities and shopping. May you have a wonderful experience that you can share with others.

I bought a hat on yesterday called a Fashionator... when I got the hat home, the comb came out of the hat! I live an hour away... too far to take it back! The store does have, as most millinery shops do, a no refund/exchange only policy, 7 days, with receipt! I totally get that -- makes sense! However, it is "implied" and "understood" that the merchandise is NOT defective!
Miss Lee was concerned about customers buying merchandise, wearing it, and then returning it! I get it -- lots of people do that! I'm not one of them! I told them of the event on Saturday -- last minute request for ladies to wear hats! I offered to FAX her a copy of the ticket so she could see the event had NOT happened yet! She refused!
A defective product is one thing... adding insult to injury by falsely accusing the customer is quite another!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! BE SURE YOU...
