Love this place dearly we buy fried chicken almost twice a month even all friends from work love to come here. Don’t forget to have the seasoning its the best. Lately it happens twice so far that they screwed us up on the bill not much but it is very important to the person who take the payment to slow down and if necessary to use calculator to take the right payment. First, they charged me $2 extra because they thought I grabbed the drink they did not event ask if I have the drink. They promised to take care of it on my next visit, unfortunately that person is no longer working with them, they asked whose that person I told them he is not there so they did not give me credit. The second time is today we spend $15 to buy rice and fried chicken we have a second bigger container of rice which costs $5 and they give us 7 pcs chicken for $10???? I realized they made mistake when I got back to the office I called they insisted that they provided us with $10 rice tray and they hung up. $10 chicken supposed to be 13.3 pcs not 7 pcs...

I have been here quite a few times. Some of the employees were nice and helpful, but majority of the time they are rude and just rush you to make a decision and move on. Some seemed irritated when I asked questions. With me being a fairly new customer, I had questions regarding their prepared food. I have gotten some really delicious items here, but have also gotten some items that were nasty. I don't like how some of the prepared food item's prices were not listed and I feel like I was overcharged. In one purchase, I ordered hummus and some garlic sauce. I asked if they each came with bread. I was told that he "got" me and when I got home I was upset to find one piece. Had he had told me, I could have purchased more bread. I even told the guy that I needed bread for the garlic sauce I was buying. I have been there maybe 4 or 5 times and have been more upset than satisfied. Today I came to your store to buy some fried chicken. I have been getting fried chicken for a long long time from your store and I never had any issue with ya'll. I asked for chicken thighs only. The guy said he can't give me thighs ONLY, I have to get the mix of thighs and legs. I was surprised. As a seller you should give what customers want and not refuse it. I don't like leg meat, so why refuse to give me what I wanted. And I don't like the way I was treated. It's the 2nd time. Do you think I will ever come to your store after this?
