Ate here on Saturday and ordered some food to go. We had a lot of to go boxes so, we didn’t realize that we didn’t have our to go order. It was around 3 pm when we left so by the time we got home and realized we were missing our food, they were close. So I called back today (Monday) to let them know that we didn’t get the order. I was told to come in with my receipt and they would either give me my money back or the food. I get there and immediately they are on some bull. I spoke to the store manager and she tells me that the owner wants to talk to me. He comes and tells me that he will not give me the food nor my money back. Mind you, I spent over $30 for a steak pita and my cousin had a Philly steak. He tells me that he needs to look at the camera. He comes back 15 minutes later and tells me that he can’t tell what’s on the table. I explain to him that if it was a to go order, it would’ve looked like a to you order with the bag stapled etc. He refuses to give me the food or my money back. He was rude and had no customer service etiquette at all. He tries to give me $20 out of his wallet to cover the cost of gas coming to the store. I told him that was an insult because if you can give me $20 out of your wallet, you can give me the food that I ordered. I’ve never experienced such a lack of customer service in my life and will never visit this establishment again. Not only will I tell family and friends to boycott this place but will also tell you on social media not to go there unless you want to risk not getting what you ordered. Read moreTotally UPSET I order from here almost EVERY NIGHT for my lunch break which is only 20 minutes. Tonight they jacked my order & I called back to complain & the manager told me the only thing I could do was bring the food back to show them they messed up .I dont get off of work until 5am & they are actually closed Sunday so they wanted me to keep the food until Monday or whenever to prove to them they messed up over 16.00. I've spent hundreds maybe even close to 1000 dollars this year alone ordering food from this restaurant and they won't even give me a 16.00 credit for a mistake that they made. I then asked to speak to the boss & at this point the food is in the trash he proceeded to tell me to dig the food out of the garbage and bring it back whenever I could. That's an insult I'm not digging in the trash for food that you messed you & had it been right in the first it wouldn't have been trashed. I'm so freaking upset & starving at this point & the boss is basically saying screw me it's not our fault because you can't prove it. Never mind the fact I'm a loyal customer never mind the fact that I'VE NEVER CALLED WITH A COMPLAINT BEFORE. I just think the way they choose to handle this situation was COMPLETELY UNFAIR & I will be finding somewhere else to order my daily lunch from now on. Read moreAte here with my family and ordered the lemon chicken with green beans. The green beans were very clearly canned and distasteful. Upon telling the server (a professional young African American woman)our complaint was addressed with diligence and concern until we approached the front cash register and the young middle Eastern man rudely told us that the green beans definitely were not canned. It's not difficult to tell the difference between canned produce and fresh all you need is a tongue and common sense but it seems common sense isn't all that common especially when your dealing with the dynamics of professionalism within a customer service based environment. Needless to say we will not be coming here again and neither will any of our customers that shop at our market.
