I went there for there sweets... I traveled from DC to Hamtramck for visiting family and I usually bring Bangladeshi mishty(sweets) from bengali store or restaurants on the way back. They re-opened their store after Covid-19 so I went and asked for samples... they don't have samples so I bought 2 pack of Mishty(Sweets), 2 pack of Nimki and told him that I will take multiple pack of sweets if I like it and I am going to try it at his store. He suggested another type of sweet and said try that type it's really good and he personally recommend. So I went ahead and ask him to give me the a pack he suggested. I tried all sweets before I paid and guess what!!!! All sweets tasted awful 😖... including the one he suggested... that one was the worst. I told him right away that none of sweets taste good. I was standing in line to get jalebi, I noticed that the tray was not covered and was placed at mouth level. This setup concerned me because people walking by or ordering food could easily contaminate it, intentionally or accidentally, for example, by coughing or spitting near it. Ordered Manchurian, fried rice and soup. It was easily the worst food I've ever tasted. There was no flavor- I couldn't eat past one bite and the cooking and eating conditions also seemed very unhygienic.
